Servpro’s team - Chrissy, Antinio, Heaven, and Devan- were awesome! They kept their appointment time, were very, very courteous and knowledgeable. Their expertise was so helpful when my sump failed which led to flood damage in my fully finished basement the weekend before Christmas. Due to their expertise, drying time was significantly reduced and surprised even my Farmer’s insurance agent! We were replacing our whole (flat) roof and the roofer removed the roof and didn’t cover it correctly. So when we had a rainstorm that evening, it rained inside our home from one end of the house to the other. ServPro came as soon as we called them and helped us. They have been here daily until their job was completed. Always on time and courteous.

Called the office and set up for our carpets to be cleaned. The office staff were very friendly. Amy and Melissa were very welcoming when talking with then. The had many times available for us to schedule. The ladies showed up and man are our carpets clean and the house smells good. All the spots were removed. Fast, easy, friendly, and very thorough. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their carpets cleaned. Great Job Serve Pro of Catonsville. We will be calling you again in the spring.

They did a great job! We got my dad’s garage cleaned who suffers from dementia. The team was friendly and engaging with my dad as he hovered and asked questions. The garage looks great after over 20 years of accumulated things. They were on time and very efficient. We will definitely be using them again and requesting the same team.

Did not complete work as discussed and uses deceptive business practices. The person who comes out for initial inspection tells you all of the appropriate things, but then after that things fall apart. They refused to send us a report or written estimate of work to be included because it was "at their minimum fee and all work would be done as discussed." That was our mistake for trusting their word. Three workers were at our house for one hour, typically with two just standing around chatting while one person did something, and we were charged $800 (their minimum). When we emailed to note things that were not done as discussed, they said they would not return to complete the job scope we agreed to. The person who came out to do the estimate then lied and mislead the office on what was discussed, and again, since they refused to put the scope of work in writing, we are just left with a half finished job. They are untrustworthy and will leave you with needing to hire someone else to complete the job they started.

Blocked our service alley causing half the block to miss weekly trash collection. Be aware if you hire them, you may end up unpopular with your neighbors.

As a plumber in the greater Baltimore area it is essential to have someone like Laura Bradley and her team on call for water damage remediation. She is super responsive, has a complete understanding of what team members need to be sent, and makes restoration seamless. It’s reassuring to know when my job is done my customer is still going to be in good hands to get their house back in order.

I would not recommend this company based on how I was treated. I experienced a family emergency that required my son to be hospitalized, and despite providing documentation, the company showed no understanding or flexibility. I was also charged for a missed appointment even though I received no call or text notifying me that someone was on the way, which would have allowed me to make other arrangements.

I found the response to my situation to be extremely disappointing and lacking in compassion. Emergencies happen, and a reputable company should be willing to consider legitimate circumstances before penalizing customers.

We had standing water in our house and Servpro came out cleaned it up right away. High quality work, well mannered staff, left every thing clean.

The customer service was outstanding, and the HVAC cleaning left my house smelling fantastic! Plus, the carpet cleaning came out amazing. Highly recommend their services!

I wanted to get new carpet, my husband bulked at the idea. My Carpet is only three years old, but between dogs and grandchildren and my belief that ‘there is nothing that our grands can hurt that can’t be replaced’ I want new carpet.
My husband asked me to have it cleaned before I made the Decision to get new carpet.
I Entertained his idea. Let me tell you this, I am glad I did. Stains came out that I thought would never be removed. My carpet looks brand new. I cannot Give this business a high enough recommendation. They give superior Carpet Cleaning. Anyone, in my opinion, who can’t be satisfied by this company can’t be satisfied anywhere!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
