I used higher standard carpet cleaning for my sectional and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Ross was on time, even texted the morning of to reconfirm his arrival time. My couch used to be white but with a toddler and a dog its taken a beating. After Ross was done with it though, it literally looked brand new. He was so nice and gave great tips for maintenance. I would definitely use them again. Worth every single penny.

Ross took care of cleaning the grout in 2 bathrooms, carpet in 1 bedroom, an area rug, and all the tile in a kitchen inside a condo. We could not be happier with the results. He was efficient and extremely professional.

I had the absolute pleasure of picking Ross at Higher Standard Carpet Cleaning in Bel Air, MD help me out after a disaster with mold from not one, but two toilets leaking in my rental house. There was a big hole cut into the ceiling of the end of my kitchen on 8/19, with water dripping into a plastic tub under the leak. This area was directly adjacent to two of my carpeted rooms and exposed to mold spores floating around from the open ceiling. The exposed mold wasn't contained until a remediation was done on 8/25. Since this all started, I have had plumbers and handymen walking up and down the carpeted stairs, upper hallway and my master bedroom.
I called Ross about cleaning all the carpeted areas upstairs and down, plus two area rugs they had been walking on, and two couches. I called him on 9/1 and he was here on 9/2 to do everything downstairs, because the handymen were still not finished with the two upper bathrooms. He came back on 9/4 to do the upper floors and carpet. Not only is he the kindest, most understanding person I have dealt with during this disaster, he gave me a more than a reasonable price and a little break for all I've been through. He even said he'd have me over to have dinner with his family one day! If I could give him 10 stars, I would.
