Thank you for the careful cleaning and expert repair of my many works of art! My rugs are beautiful. The pile is soft again and colors lustrous. Abdul's service, expertise and teaching far surpasses all other oriental rug specialists I've met in the past. I will trust my rugs now only to Aref's.

We have been using Aref's for rug cleaning and to purchase rugs for the last 7 years. They have always done an excellent job and are very professional. We purchased two rugs from their shop and the prices were extremely reasonable. I trust them to clean any rug I have and they have always been very efficient, calling us when the rugs were ready to be picked up. Also, they always come out and help us bring the rugs in then help us move them into the car when we go into to pick them up. Aref's also has a beautiful selection of Oriental rugs in amazing colors.

Rug Kare, formerly Aref’s Oriental Rugs, did a superb cleaning job on my 8’x10’ dining room oriental rug. They picked up the rug, replaced the old carpet pad, delivered a new pad and a thoroughly cleaned and moth-proofed rug in eight days. The difference in the rug’s color and brightness was astounding! Wonderful! I’ve had this team care for all our oriental rugs for years. They are extremely knowledgable, clean and repair rugs beautifully, and they even deliver my rugs back to my home and position them for me (even under heavy furniture. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Other rug companies are physically closer to my home but these guys are the best.

I am very satisfied with the customer service received from Aref Oriental Rigs. I received an immediate response about my inquiry on carpet cleaning and new padding. They scheduled a date and time to pick up my carpet for professional cleaning services that was convenient for me and offered a discount. Rodge, one of Aref's managers, was very respectful and knowledgeable about Oriental rugs. Our carpet was returned by Rodge within two weeks and the carpet and padding were professionally laid down and LOOKS GREAT!🤗

He was cordial, efficient and very knowledgeable about his line of work. He discussed the variety of rugs that I had and was very helpful. It’s obvious that Rajj has learned so quickly from the best. I've been doing busy with them for quite awhile and very pleased with their results in cleaning my specialty wool rug. My family uses them also & will not let anyone else doing their Oriental Rugs. I highly recommend them.

Aref’s was magnificent. I have a huge antique Heriz rug 12x16 and Arefs picked up my rug, handled it with care, cleaned and delivered it with the same gentle care. I love my rug and have had it for 30 years, it is like a family member and Arefs maintains it beautifully. This is the second time they deep cleaned it and I am 100% satisfied.

I had 2 10’x14’ rugs, an 8’x10’ and a long runner cleaned. Raj picked them all up and returned them all clean! Both Raj and Brandon are very knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure working with and the price was very reasonable as well. I will definitely use them again when needed!
