By far the best carpet and upholstery company I have ever used. Peter is professional, thorough, responsive, and gives you his honest opinion whether it makes sense or not to clean or replace the carpet/upholstery. We just moved and he made the carpets look brand new. I had a major spill the next day and he came after his busy day to help and resolve the issue. I can’t recommend Peter and his company enough!

We highly recommend Royal Carpet Cleaners. Family-owned business, very friendly and genuine. Provided a great price to steam clean an area rug and also gave us free tips and information on how to care for our other rugs and carpets. Quick to respond and easy to schedule with. We definitely plan to use them again!

UPDATE: Our dog threw up on our wool carpet so I texted Royal Carpet Cleaners to ask for advice. They stopped by the same day to remove the stain and make our carpet look brand new again! They are the best!

Great service, reasonable prices! Peter and Stefanos were so friendly and professional and did a great job cleaning our carpets including removing stains (carpet is light colored so this made a huge difference). We have used Royal Carpet Cleaners several times and results are always great. They are a family business and so much better than the big chains. They also do hardwood restoration do we will be looking into that in the near future!

We were selling our home and needed to have our wood floors cleaned. Peter returned my call promptly, stopped by for a look and quick area test on our floor. What a dramatic difference the cleaning did! Our floor was pretty worn , did not look good.
Peter and his brother cleaned our wood floor ( and carpets) they were totally different floors! It refreshed everything. They really worked with us on a tight timeline. Our movers were running behind and we had to push our appointment from first thing in the morning to later in day and they worked with us and came later. We very much appreciated the flexibility and their generosity and kindness in our stressful situation. They did a fabulous job and I wish we knew about them 15 years ago when we first bought our house…. Absolutely wonderful to work with, pleasant and professional! I can’t say enough good things about Royal Carpet Cleaners. From the very beginning, they made everything so easy. They were quick to respond and even gave me a quote just by looking at pictures, since we live a little farther from their main location. I trusted them because their company has so many positive reviews, for a reason! They were also accommodating and flexible when I had to reschedule our original appointment.

On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time, explained the process and kept in great communication throughout the whole process. Not only did they do an incredible job making our carpets look brand new, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning the grout on our kitchen floor for free!

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Royal Carpet Cleaners. We were extremely satisfied with the service starting with the Father, George, who came to our house and within minutes, it felt like we had known him all our lives. He was very personable, very knowledgeable, and really gave a fair price. His two sons, Peter and Stefanos came and did all the work.
