I chose this company to cut back some trees on my property and remove a large branch that broke off during a storm. First of all, they quoted me a fair price with their “winter discount”. I didn’t actually use them until April, and they still applied their discount.

A crew of at least 6 people came, and everyone worked to get the things done. One guy climbed the tree to get the limbs I needed removed. Everyone else was shredding the branches, or making cuts to ground trees at my request. No one stood by and watched…everyone worked. I added in some branches from previous tree cuts, and they shredded those as well.

In about an hour, they had completed everything, including raking up the small branches from my lawn. They left my lawn better than it was when they arrived. I was happy to pay them as it was worth every dollar!

I would use this crew again if/when I need tree work done. I also say if you’re in Harford County, or anywhere else they respond to, give Discount Tree Service a call or a text.

I just recently bought a house and needed about 11 trees cut down, bushes, and over 18 stumps to be removed. Still have a few more to go, i will be calling them back for future service. They did a great job and cut all the trees down in one day. Then, they came out a second day to remove stumps in half a day. Great job, and thanks again.

We use Royal Carpet Cleaners yearly. They are always responsive, reliable and do a great job. We had a couple of big dark spots on an area rug that they were able to make barely noticeable. We are very satisfied.

Royal Carpet Cleaners came through and saved my day!! I emailed them at 2am asking if they had any openings. I was extremely panicked due to a sick kid incident in the middle of the night. My brand new rug and couches were the victims. They emailed me back first thing in the morning and told me they would try to fit me in. They came through and my house smells amazing, with zero signs of anything ever happening!! Above and beyond service, extremely pleasant technician and they now have a customer for life!! We called them after reading the reviews and the owner, George, came out the same day and gave us a very reasonable estimate. We booked it then for a few days later (because of our schedule). His two sons came to do the work and they were awesome. Very professional, very courteous and very thorough. They were great young men and the work they did was awesome. One of the best companies I have ever done business with. They showed up when they said they would, replied to text messages quickly, were extremely polite and friendly. My sofas look great and the prices are reasonable. This is my second time using them and I'm just as impressed with them as I was years ago. I will be using them again in the future!

I was looking forward to leaving a review for these guys, and when I googled them to do that, I saw they had a 5.0 rating out of 352 reviews. That's pretty incredible, and after the service we had, I can totally see why everyone here gave them the same rating. Amazing service, very friendly and helpful, they were giving me all the tips and tricks on how to clean things. We had them here to clean our 8 year old couches, and coincidentally the weekend prior to them coming out, our kids left slime harden on our couch. I wasn't expecting them to do much with it, since it seemed difficult, and that's not what they were told was gonna be here. They did an amazing job and can hardly even tell there was slime there anymore. Couches looked great afterwards too. I think the rating here speaks for itself, but would totally recommend these guys to anyone, and will certainly be using them again.

One of the best customer services I've experienced. Starting from the day I called in to see if I could get an in person consult. Peter was able to come in just a few hours after my call and was able to give me quite a generous estimate. Peter and Stefanos were very professional, taking the time to explain every process they did and why they did it (balancing the pH, the temperature of the water, how long it takes to dry,etc). They even took the time to check up on my throughout the week to make sure everything was drying up nice.
If you ever decide to clean the carpets yourself, please reach out to them first to get recommendations on what supplies to use! I wish I called ahead of time before attempting it myself.

Peter and his brother are awesome. Upon arrival Peter noticed how dusty the our new vinyl floors were so without hesitation he offered to mop them while his brother got started with the carpets. They could of easily just washed the carpets as agreed upon and left but they didnt. This made them stand out from the rest in the business. Peter cleaned our carpet prior to moving in to our new home. After moving in, I noticed some residual odor in our bedroom and called him back. Peter came back out right away and inspected the entire bedroom carefully. He deodorized the carpet and took care of our problem immediately. He was very professional and made sure we were satisfied with his work. He did not charge us the second time and stood by his work. I will do business with him again in the future if need arises.
