Best experience I've had with a tree removal company, hands down. Josh and his crew were so easy to work with. They showed up timely, were respectful of my property, and cleaned up all debris. They pay attention to details and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Great customer service and a company that takes pride in their work! Highly recommend.

Josh was amazing! Good human as well as professional! We used his services for snow removal for a large driveway and to get the rest of the snow the plows left. Showed up on time and performed the work quickly! Will definitely be calling him when we need our trees done!

My first impressions of this company were good after dealing with Graham, he even cut the price for tree removal for me telling me if I could wait 7 month it will be cheaper. when the time came no one ever showed up or contacted me when I asked when they were coming out I was told by Graham another 2 month, and again no call no show from them. I sent an email letting them know I was going to find another company, still there was no response on their part. I found a great company that did the same job they were supposed to do for 5k less and within a few days of their quote.

We recently moved to a property with dozens of mature trees and we wanted to assess their health and react accordingly. Arborist Graham came out and gave recommendations about which dead trees should be removed and what treatments could treat a diseased tree that we wanted to save. He also recommended pruning certain trees away from the house for safety and to promote them growing evenly. The team that came out to do the work was careful and thorough. They removed limbs in such a way as to minimize damage to neighboring trees. All tree debris was removed from the yard, except the logs we’d asked to save for firewood. The crew even went to the lengths of moving a Christmas decoration we had in the yard that was on the edge of the drop zone and replacing it after they finished the work. They treated our property with the utmost care. We will be calling again.

We have been working with Graham for years and are very happy with Bartlett. They do a great job keeping our trees healthy and looking great. They even sprayed for ticks which has made feel better about our kids running around outside.

Bartlett Tree has been wonderful to work with. Originally my aunt and uncle used their services to maintain their numerous boxwoods on their property. They have since worked with Graham on numerous large limb and white pine tree removals. As a result of their prompt and courteous responses they expanded the services to include annual pruning of trees and foundation shrubbery as well as fertilizing and insect and deer treatments.
As a result of my aunt and uncles positive experiences with Graham and Bartlett tree, my husband and I are now also using their services - tree removals, shrubbery pruning, fertilizing, insect and deer treatments.
I also love that Graham periodically monitors our properties and makes recommendations as necessary!!

Fabulous all-round: very knowledgeable, explains observations and solutions in easy to understand language, responds quickly to questions and issues, friendly as well as professional. And might have saved our porch by detecting a lightning strike of an over hanging maple, and immediately scheduled it for removal. We've worked with Graham and his team for the 10 years we've owned our home, he and they give us confidence we and our property are safe, and they keep our trees and shrubs healthy and beautiful.
Oh, and they saved our holly-hedge and our young Black Gums from infestations. Those trees and hedge are gorgeous now, just some of the beautiful trees they care for in the neighborhood.

I won't use any other tree company. Alex has been coordinating service for my wooded property for years. Not only great results, but great and honest service that they keep on top of. The crew is always friendly and professional. Top marks across the board.
