My first impressions of this company were good after dealing with Graham, he even cut the price for tree removal for me telling me if I could wait 7 month it will be cheaper. when the time came no one ever showed up or contacted me when I asked when they were coming out I was told by Graham another 2 month, and again no call no show from them. I sent an email letting them know I was going to find another company, still there was no response on their part. I found a great company that did the same job they were supposed to do for 5k less and within a few days of their quote.

We recently moved to a property with dozens of mature trees and we wanted to assess their health and react accordingly. Arborist Graham came out and gave recommendations about which dead trees should be removed and what treatments could treat a diseased tree that we wanted to save. He also recommended pruning certain trees away from the house for safety and to promote them growing evenly. The team that came out to do the work was careful and thorough. They removed limbs in such a way as to minimize damage to neighboring trees. All tree debris was removed from the yard, except the logs we’d asked to save for firewood. The crew even went to the lengths of moving a Christmas decoration we had in the yard that was on the edge of the drop zone and replacing it after they finished the work. They treated our property with the utmost care. We will be calling again.

We have been working with Graham for years and are very happy with Bartlett. They do a great job keeping our trees healthy and looking great. They even sprayed for ticks which has made feel better about our kids running around outside.
