I needed a deep clean at very short notice, and Tamara worked with me every step of the way. She initially only had availability for a later time in the day, which conflicted with a previous engagement I had but was willing to miss because I needed a clean that badly. However, rather than have me miss my event, Tamara rearranged her schedule and had Guilherme come earlier in the day. Both Tamara and Guilherme are very sweet, professional, and down-to-earth. Guilherme cleaned my place for 5+ hours and did a terrific job. He cleaned my bathroom and organized my bathroom cabinets, the refrigerator, and inside the stove (just to name a few)! I was happy to find a cleaning company that could clean my apartment for a move out last minute. I should have known it was too good to be true. I didn’t know they were not going to do anything besides the oven (and left a whole side of the oven with oven cleaner on it) or fridge then mop over dirt with disgusting smelling, headache inducing cleaner. My husband and I spent 3 hours cleaning after I paid the discounted rate of $180 for the horrible cleaning job. Plus the cleaner tried to steal our dishes we left in the top dish rack of the dishwasher. I will never use this company again. I had a horrible experience.
