I will say that they are prompt and courteous. I needed a ceramic shower soap dish replaced (prior one broke) and a rusted out tub drain removed. It took about 3.5hrs and cost almost $500. While the handyman was professional the work just kind of looks sloppy. I spent an hour of my own time trying to clean up some of the sealant to have a “more professional” and less two toned look to it. Ultimately the work got done but the quality of the work was lacking and not worth the price. Disappointed!

Everything worked out well. The office called to tell me he was going to be a little longer at the job before me. That was fine. When he arrived I showed what I needed done and the supplies. The gentleman got right on it and was done in about an hour to my satisfaction. I’d definitely call them again when I needed service . Thank you

Replaced toilet in a very timely and professional, efficient manner. Very friendly and cooperative workers that cleaned up after job completed and took old toilet out to curb for bulk trash😎. Will use this company again with great customer service person-Tracy! She was wonderful.

I can't say enough good things! Tracy is incredibly organized and thoughtful—always checking in about jobs and helping with scheduling. She makes you feel like a neighbor who genuinely cares and is sending over someone she trusts to help. We've had Jose work on various projects at our Capitol Hill home in Washington, DC, and everything he does looks fantastic. Most recently, Hugo came by to help with some bathroom caulking. I called in the morning, and by the end of the day, the project was done—quickly and perfectly. That’s what I call service!

I have used many handyman services over past 20 years and Handyman at your Command is the best. At this point, my family has used 4-5 times so we have many experiences with their company. First, it’s amazing how fast they respond. As example, I can call one day and often have them at my house 1-2 days later. Their work has spanned carpentry, painting and electrical and it’s always top notch. I will even make some changes while they’re here and it’s very smooth and easy change process. Beyond that, the crew are always respectful and polite and clean our house perfectly before leaving. All with reasonable pricing! I highly recommend and will continue to use for all my projects.

I've first contacted this company 2 years ago when my family moved to the new house, we had so many things we needed quick help with and Tracy was super helpful and quick to respond and send someone out to help. The guys are professional, clean, and get the job done. Their rates are very much reasonable too - they charge by the hour. Just today, I contacted Tracy again for an urgent task that needed to be done tonight and she went above and beyond to make it happen (dispatched a team already working nearby). Great company to have on your emergency list of contacts!

Tracy and Jose’s team was spectacular. They installed shop lights in my 20’ ceiling garage which turned a dark gloomy garage into a bright vibrant space for my home gym. The team was punctual for the estimate and actually provided the service a week earlier than planned. The price was very reasonable and the crew take great care in covering my possessions. Jose and his team came to my house to fix four items. I needed to redo the caulking in all of the bathrooms, change out some light switches, fix a broken door that has been given me problems and do their best to repair an old kitchen floor with crumbling grout. First class communication and a very hard-working and polite crew. Very detailed and did a great job. Highly recommend them.

I have had several jobs with this company and I highly recommend them. Tracy is the coordinator of all jobs and she is outstanding! She is very accomodating and quick to get your problem solved.

We had a bad storm storm come through the other night with high winds. It took down our back fence. I called Tracy and she had her tech people out there the morning first thing!

Jose and the team did such a great job redoing our basement. They were fast to respond, did very clean work, and are very honest and dependable. Tracy, who handles all the work requests, is also fantastic and a great communicator. They were available for questions after our project as well, which was so appreciated!
