Bethesda Chimney re-lined my chimney and rebuilt my fireplace interior. They did a great job, were responsive and communicative and the job came in on time and on bid. The exterior portion of my chimney was in need of repair and other interior parts needed replacement. Bryan and his team were thorough and diligent in the diagnosis of the problem and the explanation of what needed to be done to fix it. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and were professional throughout the whole process. They came back to do a final inspection and even did some additional work that was not part of my original work order at no extra cost. I really appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend them!

Bethesda Chimney did a full reline of my chimney (2 fireplaces) and they did a fantastic job. I’d highly recommend this company if you need chimney services. All touch points of the process – from the bid to the scheduling office to the chimney crew – were friendly, professional and did a great job. There were a few unforeseen costs along the way (e.g. unforeseen brickwork and unforeseen 3rd flue tear out due to the small size of my chimney) and while these repairs were frustrating, Bethesda Chimney did a fantastic job showing us why they were critical and kept the costs manageable, relieving a lot of stress.

The crew was great. Juan, Elijah, Matthew, Adam and Spencer did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend this crew. They were professional, communicative and did very high quality work. We’ve used our fireplaces a ton since the reline and they work perfectly! We have twin 9 month olds at home and they were extremely diligent in maintaining cleanliness, constructing plastic barriers around the chimney, and being flexible with our requests for noise and other necessary disruptions.

I've used Bethesda Chimney for 4 properties now, including my own. There's not much more that I can say other than that I will probably use this company for life. I've worked with Brian and he's been my go-to for chimney cleaning, masonry chimney repair, and gas chimney repair. We recently had an issue with my home that I was selling, that involved a complicated repair with multiple visits. We were charged a reasonable amount each and every time, with quality work. I consider quality work to be something that continues to operate for more than a few years. I haven't had any complaints nor issues, and with the amount of work they've done for me has always been quality. Also, don't be turned off by the Bethesda name, it doesn't mean they'll upcharge you. The work was reasonable for what they did, and in terms of quality and price I definitely wasn't upcharged. If you're looking for someone that will give you honest feedback with honest work, Brain and Co are your guys.

Bethesda Chimney was a great experience that I have and will continue to recommend to friends and family in the area. The cost was very affordable. The process to schedule the appointment was super quick (time frame was 1-3pm, arrived at 2:30pm). Bryan was very friendly, knowledgeable, was not a pushy salesman, was great with pets, and did everything in his power to keep the house as clean as possible.
I will be calling Bethesda Chimney again at least once a year from here on out. 5 stars guys, keep up the great work!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. It took me a month to get an appointment and then the day of my appointment which was scheduled at 9am (with a two hour window), I had to call after not hearing from them and was told that the technician was running late and wouldn’t be able to come until 1pm. At 2pm I received a call that the technician would not be able to come today after all and the earliest I could get on the schedule would be nearly a month later (after waiting almost a month for the original appointment).

Great experience working with Bethesda Chimney. Price was lower than competitors, inspection was extremely thorough, and they did a great job repairing our chimney and installing a gas fireplace insert, including coordinating with electrician and plumber. Highly recommended!

The Bethesda Chimney crew did an excellent job diagnosing problems with our chimneys and repairing them. They took on additional work with ease - moving a dryer vent and fixing mortar on our detached garage - and they finished a major project (relining our chimneys, fixing brickwork, etc.) ahead of schedule. They were friendly, professional, and responsive.
