we are very pleased with whole process..scheduling was super easy..infact over the text message..received email for every single step..and when mr. mike arrived for work..he called when he was 30 minutes away..he came right on given window..(time was given 11-1..he came sharp 11 )took his time ,explain everything...showed every thing..and when he finished,he made sure everything was tidy up..he cleaned up floor and steps ..just the way it was before.no hidden fees, no scary add ons ..very honest.highly recommended..we called them last year too.this is our second year.
