The installed system has not met my expectations. Justin did not seem interested in attempting to satisfy my concerns. The owner even denies doing the work it was so poorly done.

Installed my system 7 years ago and they did honest work for a fair price. But when I’ve called Justin to see if they offer maintenance, I’ve never gotten a call back. One and done.

Justin provided excellent service! They responded very quickly to my emergency and installed a new Trane furnace when my old 30+ year furnace finally failed this past week. They also installed an Ecobee thermostat that I prefer greatly to the prior Nest. Justin's team was led by Mimo, who is a true professional and very thorough. They did a great job and I am 100% satisfied. I will use JAC again!

Justin and his team were incredible. I have utilized his services more than once for my furnace and each time he came out, he listened to exactly what the problem was, gave me a quality assessment of potential reasons for the problem, and gave me a selection of solutions. When the solution was to simply clean my furnace, he had his team out the next day and they were quick, thorough and efficient.

The team at JAS was fantastic. They were available to come within 3 hours of me making my first call - their team was professional and courteous. Diagnosed the problem, explained and were in and out within the hour. Fair pricing as well!

carried out the task in a most professional manner. Before beginning the task, he carefully went over exactly how it will be done and what to anticipate from the ultimate outcome. They meticulously cleaned the vent/duct covers before gently reinstalling them. The process was easy, and we endorse their offerings.

I called him late this morning and he arrived at 3pm (today), gave me a free quote, AND completed the job expertly….today. Truly nice guy with absolute attention to detail and transparency. Could not be happier. Support this small business!! I’m going to hire him again for another duct project.

The air duct cleaning was fine, but other aspects of our experience were negative in ways I was not expecting. (1) They told us that we would be given an estimate after the techs arrived because were not able to give us an estimate over the phone, and that we could decide whether to do the service once we got the estimate. But when the tech arrived and quoted us the price, they told us we would be charged a $49 fee if we declined the service. This was in direct conflict with what we were told on the phone. (2) The tech told us that, in addition to the duct cleaning, we needed a heat-pump-coil cleaning for an additional $1500. We have a friend who is a well-regarded local HVAC company owner and when we asked for his advice, he said the condition of our HVAC unit was totally fine and that if we did want it to be cleaned, he does that type of cleaning for his HVAC clients for free (so $1500 was totally out of the range of reasonableness). (3) Everything in our entire house was covered in dust after the cleaning, as well as a significant amount of other debris. We just bought the house and had it professionally cleaned, so the house was clean before the duct cleaning. Yes, the ducts were very dirty from the prior owner, but it's frustrating to have so much of that dust end up in the living space. Overall it was not a great experience, especially paying over $500 for the duct cleaning.
