I'm very pleased with the quality work done at my home Pozo Brothers. They listened, didn't cut corners and the prices were fair. I use them regularly for jobs around my home and will recommend their work.

I have been using Ulmi Pozo for jobs both at my home and my parents since 2008, before this company was even founded. Consistently superb work, very professional and completes all jobs sooner than expected. Highly recommend this company. Very trustworthy - my parents are even comfortable leaving him to work in their home when they are not there. Excellent all the way around.

First job was kitchen backsplash. Ulmi did great work. We then hired him to install a full bath with steam shower in basement. Again did a great job (though he was supposed to install shower door gasket when he would do 3rd job). We then hired him to replace 2 exterior door frames. Contract signed and deposit of $500+ was made. Job was delayed first on us, then on Ulmi, to the point that he is ghosting us and we are out the $500+ unless I decide to file with small claims court. I am a believer of karma and what goes around comes around.

I called Clean Pros DMV for a last minute deep cleaning service for my office. I had a consultation with the owner who was professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the eco-friendly products that would be used. The process went smooth, we discussed expectations and reviewed the areas I needed cleaned. I received my contract within 24 hours, and I was on the books for the cleaning the following week! The staff did a great job and I would definitely use them for future cleanings. Highly recommended, especially now during the pandemic!

Provided an exceptional service, I have been hunting for a good commercial cleaning service for a long time. Once I contacted them the ball started rolling! Emails were responded to with out delay, they arrived on time and the rest was history. My Salon was clean and smelled good!

No restrooms for customers. Little confused and how to pick plants and then pay for them. An employee there seem to think I knew what to do and I did not. Plants look healthy and I can't wait to put them in the ground.

I love to support small businesses but it’s hard to do so when It took multiple days for them to respond about my inquiry. And they did not want to budge on a delivery price when I live 1 minute away.

It was a good experience until I prepared to depart. While approaching my vehicle I was confronted by some guy who claimed I had harassed some lady in the greenhouse. I explained to him that this had to be mistaken identity, I spoke with no one while going about my shopping and didn't appreciate being confronted with such accusations. I was with another indivdual that was just a s dumbfounded as I was about this confrontation. Not sure if this is common practice for this place but I will not be giving them any more of my business or money. Hopefully, this was an isolated event.

Diverse plant life, well cared for. A lot to choose from, beautiful to talk a walk on. Also sell garden accessories like chairs and small statues. Nice way to lose an hour and some money.

Ed's Plant World has a lot of product and services but this patio install is the best deal in Southern Maryland for its quality. Mr. Jon Marson was absolutely professional and will even do extra steps for you to enjoy your backyard activities and even frontyard. They finished the work one week a head of schedule because we requested and want to make sure that this will be finished for my wife's birthday celebration. Mr. Marson even help frontyard structure like the fountain. He help me replace the pump and it even looks better than before. That extra help with a smile it hard to come by this days. Shout-out to his co-workers for amazing job. Thank you very much.

They have excellent sod prices. Great customer service. Keep up the good work. This is the best place in the state for all plants.

I have been going to Ed's plant World for over 20 years for my Christmas 🎄. I am thank to these great people that have some of the most spectacular trees. See you next year!

The Wheeler's

Very very disappointing. After spending thousands of dollars for landscaping, and being a loyal customer for several years, I contacted Ed's Plant World in February to request replacement of 6 plants under their 1-year warranty. Though during the COVID pandemic, they never told me that they could not do it, but instead promised on 4 occasions either a specific date or that they would have a crew come out within 2 weeks. Never happened. Now, 5 months later after filing a BBB complaint, they are trying to resolve the complaint by "stating" that they will send a team to replace the plants. I do not want to wait another 5 months, or for forever, only to find that they still have not honored their warranty.

Ed's Plant World Is An Amazing Nursery. I Was Amazed At The Variety In Plants and Shrubbery, That They Had. Everyone Was Super Friendly and Very Knowledgeable About The Items. I Was Never Left Alone, I Showed The Worker A Picture of What I'd Envisioned For My Front Yard. She Guided Me Every Step Of The Way. One Of The Best Nursuries Around.
