It was easy to reach them by phone. The diagnostic fee was $4.00 less than other companies I reached out to. I was given an appointment for the next day after several attempts to get same day or next day service. The repairman arrived within the window provided. My service repair was simple and he stood by to make sure my washing machine was working like it was suppose to. I highly recommend using this company. He was pleasant yet professional.

The technician came after several miscommunications from a 3rd party service. Even through all of that, the tech was amazing! He resolved my issue, gave me tips on what toook for in the future and made me smile after a rough month of horrible service from that 3rd party.
I highly recommend this company and they will be my 1st call next time!

Service was done impeccably well. Chad and G are extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. They also were honest when it came to pricing and repairs. I need a new dishwasher. Chad said that he'd be happy to do full repairs to have the dishwasher operating but because of the cost of parts and labor the better option was to purchase a new one from an unaffiliated dealer and have it installed. My dishwasher is over 14 years old so it came as no shock that I may need to have it replaced.
This company was recommended to me and I'm glad I used the service.

Honest. Professional. Knowledgeable. Economical. These are the words that I would use to describe SK Appliance Repair company and Chad. Luckily we were able to get a same day appointment for our freezer that was malfunctioning. Chad is AWESOME! He arrived on time, explained the problem, and provided the solution. He was kind and dedicated to the task at hand. We would definitely recommend him and this company to friends and family members who may be in need of similar services. Prompt, professional and polite. Conner came in diagnosed the problem, obtained the needed part and fixed the problem. He fully explained the issue and the before ( why it occurred) and after( how and time it would take for things to be back on track). As he stated it would my GE refrigerator is back in working order. Pricing was reasonable, though I would have liked to pay less...but who wouldn't.

This company was God sent. The technician fixed my refrigerator and informed me about another issue that was going on. The very next day he came back to fix it and also worked with me on a price in the process. I can genuinely say that this man operates off of principle and integrity. Sad to say you don’t meet many honest individuals anymore and for that I would use his services every time.
