Absolutely amazing, lifesaving service. I recently got injured so my laundry began to pile up and when I finally went to go tackle them my dryer wouldn’t start (I have an LG tower).

It’s a Friday, and I had some time constraints to work around but my technician was incredibly helpful and patient and flexible.

Not only triaged but managed to successfully fix the issue same-day. Incredibly pleased and would absolutely use/recommend.

The service was very professional and insight given for appliance maintenance was appreciated. I would use SK in the future and would highly recommend him.

Excellent experience, Chad was very helpful and efficient. My fridge was not dispensing water or ice. Chad came out to diagnose, then came back in a matter of a few days with the part he needed. Fridge is working perfectly, dispensing clean water and ice. Fairly priced and I Would strongly recommend SK appliances any of your appliance repair needs.

Wow, it has been a VERY long time since I've had an experience with a business go the way this transaction went. First of all Chad (owner of SK App Repair), responded to my service request literally within seconds. I explained my issue and due to my set of circumstances he worked with my budget. He was at my door under 30 minutes! Once inside he surveyed the job and got to work, even helping me to carry the old heavy appliance down an entire set of stairs and into my garage! (Wasn't part of the job, just a favor he offered!). As he continued to work on my new appliance he started giving me preventative maintenance tips and advice across a range of all my other appliances. He was literally giving me advice on how NOT to have to see him (or any other repair guy for that matter) for a long long time! I cannot express how INVALUABLE all the advice and industry tips he gave were to me! Before finishing he meticulously checked all operations to ensure proper operation and preventive safety measures. At the end of the job I offered him a just a bit more than the agreed job cost but he basically refused to take more than what we initially agreed upon! You rarely find his type of honesty and professionalism anywhere in the industry..or business world at all! The whole experience was refreshing & good to know there are still 'some' good and honest repair guys out there. The service was awesome and he was very knowledgeable. It was easy to make an appointment and he was on time. The repair was made on my dryer. He also gave good pointers on how to keep it working efficiently. Most definitely recommend them.

I rarely give ratings, but this service was so good, I had to take the time. Repair men were at my home the same day, fixed and cleaned in side my dryer and vent. This situation was a fire hazard and they took care of it. Thank you.

The serviceman arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. He diagnosed the issue with the dryer and made repairs within one hour. He removed dust, lint and provided advice about dryer maintenance.

Our dryer was down and they very quickly and efficiently identified the issue, located a replacement part and scheduled a time to fix it that would be convenient for us. We are very happy with the service and would recommend to everyone.
