I am very pleased with the service by Tri-County Aire, from the first visit by the salesman to the wrap-up of installation of my new Trane system. We replaced both the compressor and the air handler, improved the ducting, and installed automatic dampers. System was done in just one day and is operating so quietly! Very happy and warm!

Tri-County Aire installed 2 heat pumps in my home on the same day. Robert was extremely helpful and always answered my many questions with respect and courtesy. I love our units and cannot recommend this company enough.

The folks at Tri-County Aire outperformed where others gave up and/or could not properly diagnose. Long story short we bought a house that had an HVAC that could never keep up, if temps rose above 80 degree's. After numerous attempts to resolve with other companies, even installing a new HVAC System to no resolve. We reached out to Tri-County Aire and they came through with diagnosing the issues and immediately put in remediations so that we could get the best out of our existing HVAC. It's a Hot Summer Day today and our unit is outperforming our expectations thanks to Robert and the entire Tri-County Aire Team! This company's the reason my family has cool air conditioning in my house and will be warm this winter. From the moment I called them, I was in good hands. Their partnership with Wells Fargo allowed me to have 0% financing on a whole new system for 2 years. It's terrible news finding out your AC unit NEEDS to be replaced, but they've made this go ASAP and smoothly. THANK YOU ALL!!! Pets in the house tend to fill the vents with fur quickly. I started to feel that my dryer runs too long and gets hot fast as well. I noticed the difference after cleaning – fresh air, nice to know no more dryer issues, and I can sleep well at night knowing it’s safe.

Beth Moore was very responsive on the scheduling. Our installers, Cody and Billy, did superb work with excellent attention to detail on all aspects of the new system. Bottom line - the entire team was great to work with and we highly recommend them.

Tri County Aire offers a tremendous service to the Southern Maryland area. The staff promptly set me up with their technicians in a timely manner. Lucas and Sean were very honest, respectful, and knowledgeable about servicing my heat pump. They were truly amazing at fixing my heat pump and new thermostat. They are a true asset to Tri County Aire and Southern Maryland.

14 years after my first review, Tri-County Aire gets another 5 stars from me, it was time to replace the first Trane HVAC System and decided to add one in the second floor attic, where there was none, to remove 5-10 degree difference between floors.

They worked on it Christmas week to get system in before New Year Freon requirements and meet 2024 Tax Breaks

As always, it was a great install team and they cleaned up daily to avoid tracking a mess around the house

I'll take the credit for building them a great platform across the attic to keep cost down some

Tri-County Aire install my Trane HVAC and Gas system in 2010 and provided annual service contract every year since. The staff is always great on the phone and technicians do a great job. I had to replace the duct above the system which was not laid out very well when the house was built and caused it to rust out. The cost was very reasonable since they manufacturer ducting in house and the amount of time to replace it was only a few hours.

Exceptional from start to finish. We had them install a new Trane heat pump and indoor unit. The technicians were responsive and extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Tri county was very professional and working with them was smooth in replacing our HVAC unit. Robert walked us through options and was very responsive in providing custom solutions and quotes. Cody and Billy worked all day to ensure the unit was installed and tested well. They caught a kink in an existing point of connection refrigerant line from the house, fixed it before connecting the outdoor unit. Great service.

We had two guys come out to help us install a new thermostat. The item we were sent (not by tri-county aire - a third party) wasn't working and they worked so hard to help us figure out what was wrong. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service we received. Tri-county will be our first call for all future needs in this area.
