Chamar Noble was very professional and he worked with efficiency to determine my heating problem and get it fixed. I was his last customer for the day and he worked to troubleshoot the issues and resolved my heating issue. So thankful to Chamar not just because my problem was fixed but he was friendly and kind. Thank you Chamar!

Prior post: TRI county AIRE installed new high efficiency heat pump and replacement boiler for a fair price. The work was completed on time and crew was professional and courteous. Install fit and finish looks great.

Tri County Aire. Moved the outside heat pump units. So far all is working well.
Started AC for first time this season wow it really cooled down the great room. Very happy with the new systems.

If it’s within your budget go with high efficiency units. I have not been disappointed!

The Tech (Cody, Billy and Clarke) were punctual and very professional. They did everything and more that was said they would do. They worked very well as a team. I am very happy with the service and work that they completed. Tri-County Aire should be proud.

Prior to the technicians coming out to service my HVAC system, I called Joyce (one of the office managers) to schedule a Fall Check. Joyce has a very pleasant demeanor and worked around my schedule in order to book an appointment that is convenient for my family and I. Joyce has also been very responsive at scheduling service for any HVAC emergency I’ve had in the past and always calls to let me know when the technicians are on the way to my home which is a convenient service I truly appreciate.

Today I had the pleasure of having two technicians (Marquis and Lucas) perform service on my American Standard HVAC system. They arrived promptly and went to work seconds after arriving at my home. The technicians both did a thorough job cleaning drains, checking filters, cleaning burners, checking electricity to the units, checking safety concerns, and checking contacters and capacitors, Marquis and Lucas were very efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, highly skilled, informative, answered all of my questions, left the workspace very clean and completed a service ticket to document the work performed.

The entire process went smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Tri-County Aire services.

Tri county Aire installed a new HVAC in 2017 and we purchased the service contract and haven’t regretted it. The Trane system has been awesome, but we needed a new motor which was covered. All of the technicians have been great and an honorable mention for Teddy. So this system is now 9 years old and has been great.

I had a terrible overall experience with this company. They installed the HVAC system in my new home in early 2024. At that point everything was going great so I had them come back and put in two mini splits in my garage. On December 17th of this year I woke up to a loud noise and saw that the compressor that they had installed and attached to my home was lying on the ground on its side. I immediately turned my system off and called Beth. She had the techs come out that afternoon and both were shocked because they’d never seen a bracket break like mine had. I asked if my warranty covered this and was told yes. The next day Beth called and said Robert would be out soon to assess the damage and come up with a repair plan. Robert showed up on the 22nd and said the best thing would be to set it upright and see if it still works but assured me that I had a 10 year warranty on parts and the compressor. And that was the last contact they made to me that I didn’t have to initiate myself. I called them on the 29th and the 6th to see what the holdup was. Apparently Robert went on vacation and my warranty wouldn’t cover any of this because the compressor didn’t fail, the bracket(that they installed less than two years ago) failed.

So overall I’m sure this company is great and fast when you are paying them money but if anything they do ever breaks, good luck trying to get them to address and fix the issue.

We had a furnace replaced by Tri -County Aire today. The installation crew of Cody, Billy, and Clark was excellent. They arrived on time, very professional, friendly and cooperative. They were also very good at answering our questions. We were impressed with the quality of their work and how nicely they cleaned up on completion. They are a credit to Tri-County Aire and to themselves and we are happy to recommend the company and the installers.

Another outstanding service call from Southern Maryland Tri County Aire HVAC technician, Ted. This was my second call with a month. My lower heater system went out two months ago then my upper went out before the 2026 New Year. Ted was very knowledgeable and professional. I have a 2008 heater system, this motherboard also burnt out requiring an upgrade to that system due to age. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service from Joanne and Ted, both friendly and helpful.
