Our clothes were coming out burning hot but still damp after a full cycle. The technician realized the vent hose behind the machine had been crushed against the wall, cutting off the airflow. They swapped out that flimsy plastic hose for a solid metal piece that won't collapse. The ventilation is so much better now, and my laundry actually dries the first time! I would be calling these guys again!!!

Every time I start the laundry, I smell something burning and it worries me. JFM's technician came on time and told me that the lint buildup is within the dryer cabinet itself. He cleaned the dryer by vacuuming the debris out of the back and checking the wall connection. I feel much safer and the burning smell is completely gone.
