Their customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the crew actually showed up and got the job done perfectly. True professionals who take pride in their work. I've been plagued with poor soil conditions and grub infestations for years and as a result, didn't have the best lawn. I had Augusta refresh my lawn weekly this fall, this was after the first mow. As a new customer and on short notice Augusta lawn service showed up and removed the snow and Ice (mostly ice) from our drive and walkway. It took roughly two hrs and they conducted themselves as professionals the entire time. Give the 2-3 inches of ice the price was more than reasonable. We look forward to their continued lawn service throughout the year.

Timmy did a great job with leaf clean up for my parent's yard. Overall, Augusta Lawn Care has been responsive and professional from the start. We will definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I was supposed to have my flower bed maintenance, leaf removal, and planting of tulip blubs by Augusta Lawn Care. Unfortunately the crew that came out did nothing that I ask for. They stated they pulled weeds but it was not done. I went back and forth with the owner showing in the pictures that my flower beds were not maintenance as agreed upon. Not only that the leaf removal was not done properly as I still had leaves that in my flower beds so I know it wasn’t maintenances. The leaves in the backyard was blown in the corner of the yard. They did pick up those leaves but they did not remove leaves from the flower beds or the front yard. Instead of going back and forth I called my old lawn service MFG Lawn Care to correct the issue. They came the next day and cleaned my yard as it was supposed to be. My advice just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean you will get a satisfactory job.

You edited my email to say something else. As I stated in my text your crew did not do what they were supposed to do. I even have it on camera. Just know I will not be using your service going forward. And to think I was going to use you for landscaping and to hang my Christmas decorations. Never AGAIN!!!!

I wish I can post pictures and video. I never cussed out anyone which I could have however I was very professional even when they took my 420.00 for not doing the job they agreed to complete. This is not about the extra work of pulling the bushes it was about the original work order they never completed. I have it all on camera where they absolutely did nothing. Yes I’m very appreciative of MFG Lawn Services. They had to correct an amateurs job to make it look professional.

Post the pictures of the before and after when MFG lawn services corrected the job since you want to be untruthful.

The snow removal was seamless. I was actually happy that the service was provided. The crew showed up and were very professional. They wasted no time getting the job done and I had no concerns when I later had to leave my home because both sidewalk and driveway were clear.

I’m so impressed by how well Augusta has been maintaining my lawn. I care a lot about my lawn and am very cautious with how it’s cut. I pay a small upcharge for push mowing instead of the big mowers and I’m thrilled with it because most companies don’t even offer that. Between wanting it done just right and also wanting consistency it’s been a battle to find the right company but not anymore. For the last few months they’ve shown up every week and have done a perfect job. Thank you!!

Every winter I hire someone to clean my gutters for my house in Brandywine and every year I have significantly different results. This year though I hired Augusta Lawn Care to clean my gutters and the process was flawless. They answered their phone, sent me an estimate right away, and two days later were out here cleaning my gutters, even all the way up on the second story. Really pleased and will probably be hiring them for mowing and refreshing my mulch in the spring but DEFINITELY for gutters cleaning very year. Thanks Augusta!

Thomas and Great Groundskeeping did an AMAZING job with my yard. I had a big ask - a very large front and back yard with tons of landscaping that had not been properly maintained. 10+ flowerbeds, many of which were filled with weeds, leaves, and debris from last fall. Overgrown bushes and plants that were unsightly and protruding into walkways. Great Groundskeeping made everything beautiful in only a day and a half! Not only did they do an amazing job of cleaning everything up, but they put extra work into beautifying and setting me up to maintain this space which I previously considered unmanageable. I especially want to applaud the attention to detail when it came to trimming plants, trees, and bushes to accentuate their beauty. It is clear that Thomas takes alot of pride in his work and really put in the extra effort to make everything look as good as possible. I will be using Great Groundskeeping on a bi-monthly basis going forward in order to maintain my yard as well as recommend and assist in other projects that will improve my property. The price was very fair and worth every penny. I highly recommend Great Groundskeeping.

Augusta Lawn Care saved my front lawn. We are unable to give our front lawn the attention that it deserved due to our busy schedules. It had been several months and our area was out of control. Augusta Lawn came to provide service a day before they were originally scheduled and showed out!

Needed Christmas lights hung this year. Could not do myself getting on ladders. We contacted Augusta Christmas lights to come out and handle. The team did a wonderful job on our house and trees. I had a follow up for a large wreath which I wanted hung higher than previously put up and that same day they showed up with a crew and within minutes made the adjustments. Looking forward to next year as well. I would say it was well worth it.

I can’t believe how well my snow removal job got done - and in the middle of the night! I needed to get to work early in the morning because I work at the hospital in Clinton and with the snow stopping at 7pm I was really nervous with the timeliness of the service but Augusta Lawn Care delivered! The office told me that they start scooping properties as soon as the storm finishes and stop when everyone is taken care of. I can’t imagine how hard of a job that was. They did my property and my neighbors, both in Upper Marlboro, and we were the only ones able to get out of our house for at least a couple of days. I will definitely be signing up for their Mowing Service this spring. Thank you Augusta!

We had our Christmas lights put up by Augusta Lawn Care of Clinton and we are beyond impressed to say the least.
