Thomas and Reeza are absolutely wonderful! They were very professional, kind , informative and very helpful in suggesting design lighting for both houses they decorated for us! We are so pleased and happy with their work! I wasn’t sure what we would get from an advertisement on FB but it was well worth it!! They were always prompt in responding and quick to respond to any questions or concerns and very quick in starting and getting the job done!!. I can’t say enough about Thomas and Reeza and the beautiful Christmas artistry and joy they have brought to our family, home and neighborhood!!! I absolutely recommend Augusta for the Christmas lights and decor and would definitely recommend to anyone searching for this service!!❤️🙏🏼

I called to make an appointment for a small landscaping job. The owner said he can be at my location the next day at 6pm for an estimate. He even responded to the text with the address. Around 6:15-6:45 on the day of the appointment, I called and text and he didn’t answer nor text back. I do not recommend

This has to be one of the most unreliable businesses I’ve ever dealt with. He has stood me up 4 times. And this is after I had him do a big job. You will have to contact him multiple times for him to respond. Then he will make the appointment and won’t show up. He had loss my business permanently. I do not recommend.

Mr. Martinez was very responsive when I first called to get an estimate, alerted me en route and showed up. He as very professional and gave me a price. He was supposed to show today, Saturday the 17th. I called to verify a time and could not even leave a message on his phone. I texted him with no response. Finally, I hid my number and was able to get through to his phone. He had no idea as to what I was referring to and asked if he could reschedule. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. It was as though he had never heard of me. He asked to reschedule, but I am too disappointed to deal with him again.

Amazing!!!!!! My yard looks amazing. I am super picky and the Martinez crew never disappoints. Always cut to perfection and my home looks great!! You will not need to hire someone to come behind this company to fix up there mess up because it is done right the first time!! A++ service every time.

Reached out to him to schedule some work for my client. After we approved of his price and reached back out to schedule a date, he was unresponsive. The time that he did answer my call, he immediately hung up without saying a word. This business is extremely unprofessional and I would recommend that you take your business elsewhere to begin with, as he will completely waste your time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I have had a great experience this summer using Martinez Landscaping to cut my grass and trim my hedges. The work is high quality, reasonably priced and very professional. They pay attention to the details of their work and always leave the yard looking so beautiful. I appreciate how they have worked with me to accomodate some of the special needs I have with my yard. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I scheduled with Mr. Martinez on 2 occasions and both times he was a no show. Would not answer his phone and did not show up for appointments. He is not professional and not good to do business with. More dependable landscape services are available, I have scratched him off my list. No stars for this kind of service.

Miguel Martinez, the owner, sets an appointment and does not show up for the appointment nor call to cancel - just leaves you ⁸hanging. I guess good business etiquette is not important to him. This makes him unreliable for service and doe indeed waste a customer's time.
After Miguel was a no show several times, we went with a another company that is "dependable" and reliable landscape service.
It's important part of good customer service to keep appointments or at the very least communicate -- Miguel if you schedule service with a customer just show up for the appointment, it's that simple! Btw, his website states open 24 hours - not true!

Great guy, he came in on a last minute call and cut my lawn and treated my weeds. I love his professionalism and his positive attitude. He is highly recommended if you want someone who will ensure his business name is well represented.

I had a whole in my ceiling. Everyone els e told me I wouldn't find anyone. Mario and Angel helped to repair the whole and it looked like there was no whole, not only did they fix the whole, they cleaned as they worked. Thank you. I highly recommend them.
