So, over the last 3.5 weeks, I've had Steve come in to fix an issue with my heat pump & air handler, Mike to come two days later to give an estimate for replacement, and Justin + Darius come to install the replacement of both parts.
The guys were all EXCELLENT! Friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help, clean, professional, 5 stars for them all the way. They deserve raises.
However: my new heat pump/air handler had a small failure less than 48 hours after installation which was, coincidentally, the same day the temperature was hitting 85+ degrees. It took a few calls to impress the importance of fixing it quickly especially since the install was 2 days prior, but Staton sent Chip out to fix it within 2.5 hrs of my first call. Chip was also EXCELLENT, explained what was wrong, fixed it, and got my air back on within 15 mins.
Again I emphasize: the service reps Staton sends out are A+. Steve, Mike, Justin, Darius & Chip deserve all the kudos. I recommend them.

Matt was amazing! He came in, checked out our water heater issue, and clearly explained what was going on. He took the time to walk us through our options, including pricing and the next steps we should take. We really appreciated how professional and informative he was throughout the process. Looking forward to working with Matt again!
