It was a short visit, but she was able to resolve my main issue (and give me tips on what to do in the future) and provided helpful insight on a few other minor issues. (2025-02-25) Donovan came through for us again! Our 68 year old water main valve needed replacing, along with the removal of a separate leaking valve that was no longer needed. Getting a new dishwasher required that a new shutoff valve had to be installed, and various old unneeded parts had to be removed. Old houses need TLC, and we get the best from Donovan. Fast, reliable, reasonable service by skilled technicians. They show up when they say they will. There are no up-charges. Clean-up once the job was don today was impeccable, as always. Thank you...again! ---------------------- (2024-12-07) Once again, Donovan WaterWorks has come to the rescue. An ancient, cracking, cement deep sink in the basement was threatening to create havoc. Donovan arrived the day after I called, assessed the situation, planned the removal (which required smashing up the cement sink), and planned the replacement. Along with the sink, there were plumbing upgrades that were needed to accommodate a newer modern sink. It's now in, and has improved the look of the basement, which adds to its resale value. I'm once again a happy customer. (Financing arrangements continue to be available through a financing company, which I took advantage of.) Thank you, Donovan, and specifically, Szekery, who performed the work, and left my house in pristine condition, after a very message job. ------------------------ (older review:) Still feeling lucky to know Donavan WaterWorks!! My sump pump failed, and they were out the same morning to replace it. Aaron had the professionalism and expertise that I have come to expect from Donovan. Thank you! ------- So Lucky to have found Donovan! I had multiple needs that had accumulated over time. The owner, Danni, arrived on time for a scheduled appointment to asses the situation, provide thoughtful, flexible, recommendations, and estimates based on multiple scenarios. I hired Donovan to do the repairs listed below, after discussing the estimate, providing a reasonable deposit, and taking advantage of a 12-month 0% financing for the balance that Donavan was able to offer. Donovan scheduled all the work for the following week, and when I needed to reschedule, easily gave me a new date a week later. They were easy to reach via text, and immediately responsive. The total cost was reasonable to me, and the final work was excellent. They followed all necessary COVID and hygiene protocols, and left my house clean. Ron was the plumber who did the work. He was professional, thorough, and extremely pleasant to work with. Ron obviously has a wealth of experience. We reviewed some other items that might need to be done in the future, and he provided sound recommendations. THIS IS THE WORK THAT WAS DONE THIS TIME: • the replacement of one old (ancient) toilet that would not empty properly • the repair of a second toilet that did not flush properly • the reset of a third toilet that was leaking into the floor below • the replacement of a kitchen sink faucet that was old and beyond repair, and had been leaking for years • the repair of a non-working shower faucet

Before we had them replace 3 tiolets to the taller ones, fix 2 faucets and add a shut off valve. All the work we have had done has been great. We've gotten them to do so much work at this point. Long over due items. Every time they have been great. Professional and very friendly wonderful company to work with. Today we had them install a steam shower in our existing master Bath. Can't wait to use it.
