Tree reviews in Cockeysville, Maryland

Whoever was driving the white pickup truck with Keli Tree Experts on the tailgate today should learn how to drive. They were cutting people off and cutting in and out of lanes on 83 North just past Padonia Road Exit today 4/25/20 around 2:12 p.m. Completely out of line.

I had a job done at my property and the crew jumped right in. While on site a tree fell, Mike came right in to give an estimate and get the job done. Make you sure call them first!

Had them cut down a dead 45' maple from my back yard this past spring. They used climbers with chainsaws and hand-carried the logs up to the street so they wouldn't have to drive equipment into my yard. Then they fed the whole thing into a Bandit chipper and it was hilariously loud.

The customer service and scheduling was reliable and prompt. They showed up on time. What more could you want?

Keil Tree experts sent a rep to give me an estimate. I explained what I wanted but emphasized that I would follow all recommendations they made because I didn't want to do any damage. They sent an email advising they were unable to provide an estimate due to what I wanted but offered no specifics.

We had a huge tree limb fall across the road during a terrible storm today and Keil Tree Experts was at our house in less than an hour to take care of the problem.
We have used them for other projects in the past and highly recommend them.

Great personal service...all workers did a complete job & knew exactly what their job was...did the job including complete cleanup...

Keil Tree showed up promptly and had a dead tree in my back yard down in 2 hours. They also chipped a bunch of brush I had lying in my driveway at no extra charge. Very satisfied customer, great job!

I had two large trees taken down on 1/15. Three men came and they worked hard all day. They cleaned up the mess at the end of the day and left the place in great shape. The men were polite and friendly when I spoke with them and just did a super job. Thank you Oscar, Jose, and Elmo; and thanks Keil Tree Experts.

This company was great to work with! I found them on google and scheduled for them to come out and provide an estimate. They showed up on time, and followed the instructions to call when on the way so I could meet them outside- I have two very large dogs that go crazy if someone knocks on the door so this detail is very important to me. They provided me with an estimate the next day, and we scheduled service. I’ll definitely call them again!

We had all our trees trimmed (sixteen trees) and one large Mulberry tree removed by Keil. Steve came for the estimate and discussed what we wanted done for every tree. The crews who did the work were fantastic. They also asked about every tree and made sure the work was meeting our expectations. When they finished cleaning up, our yard was cleaner than when they started. The biggest surprise was when we received the invoice for the work. They were able to finish the job faster then expected and the final bill was 30% below the estimate. We could not be happier and highly recommend Keil.

The Keil experts had a difficult job to do in trimming a large tree in a small lot, surrounded electrical & phone wires. They did a excellent job, for a reasonable price. They were also very nice.

For whatever reason, when trying to get people to come to my house and fix problems that arise, I always seem to have a very difficult time getting workers to actually show up do the work and take my money. Kiel tree experts was a refreshing change to this problem. We scheduled them to come drop some trees on my property, and the workers were prompt and professional. They did a great job, and my experience with the company was phenomenal. Thank you for not standing me up (like most business seem to do), having a reasonable quote, professional and kind workers, and prompt communications. I will use this business again and recommend it to others.

I shopped a lot of tree services before selecting Keil Tree Experts to do the job. They seem to be the most knowledgeable and the most accommodating to my schedule. At the last minute, I couldn't be home when the work was being done. The staff assured me that the work would be done to my specifications and the yard would be cleaned up before I got home. When I pulled up to the house, my front yard looked beautiful!! Two of my neighbors asked for Keil Tree Experts contact information, because they were so impressed with their work. I can't say enough about this company-friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgable. They take pride in a job well done. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Fast, friendly and effective removal of a large dead tree in our yard. Called Monday, Bid on Tuesday, did the work on Thursday. Cleaned up and didn't leave a trace (other than the tree being gone!)

I've seen Keil tree experts since I went to hereford high school. So they were part of my top choices. They did a great job and I'd use them again. Thank you!

Steve from Keil Tree did an excellent job grinding multiple stumps in our yard. He worked quickly, and was very professional and nice. He took a lot of time to make sure he cleaned up and raked the mulch carefully. He was very respectful of our yard and we had a wonderful experience. Would gladly recommend to anyone who needs tree service at a fair price! Their office is also pleasant and professional to work with, and quick to respond to requests for quotes. Keil is the best!

Keil Tree helped to save my 35 year old japanese maple tree and a very old oak where both were in bad health. Not only are they highly skilled at removing trees they know how to save them too, most tree services do not offer this expertise. They are also good, honest people as well. I recommend.

Crew arrived on time. Worked efficently. Worked with me to be sure work was to my requirements. Good clean up.

Outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, knowledgeable, and professional. I have used Keil Tree Experts for small jobs at my home as well as large jobs on our commercial property. I can't say enough good things about them. When the job is finished, the grounds are cleaned up so well, you wouldn't even know they were there. I highly recommend this company for all your tree care needs.

We had a great experience with the Keil Tree folks. Their arborist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide what trees to trim and which to leave alone, and their crew did a fantastic job executing on our wishes. They were also very friendly, communicative, and did a perfect job of cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended!

We're huge fans of Keil Tree Experts; they're certified Arborists, not just landscapers with a side gig. Steve came out to our property to examine an ailing Beech Tree. He showed up on time, walked our property commenting on all the unusual trees. He examined our tree and concluded it was just an old tree being damaged by woodpeckers. He recommended "natural interventions" like hanging a snake or owl, possibly using a paint deterrent. But didn't think any other intervention was necessary. We really liked his vibe - thoughtful, informed, down to earth. We appreciated that he didn't recommend a bunch of costly treatments that in the end would not have benefited the tree. He suggested an annual visit when the foliage was out and we'll do that.
