I just want to give a huge shout-out to JOSUE at Home Depot. He went above and beyond in helping me. Not only did he complete the job quickly, but he also made sure all my items were ready well before I arrived. His attention to detail and dedication made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I’m really grateful for his excellent service!

Took 30 minutes for someone to help us cut out a piece of carpet. When given measurements, they had incredible difficulty converting inches into feet, and then still at the end of the day cut our piece of carpet wrong.

Edit: I have been contacted by regional management who was able to resolve the issue. After beginning the process to have a new counter top installed, I was told that the initial measure and design would be a free service and the estimated cost of the work was to be one amount. After the initial free measure, the company providing the actual service came back with an estimate 165% of the original estimate. I asked at this point to cancel the work as the estimate was way off of final cost and out of our budget. After numerous attempts to contact the staff and managers at the home depot as well as the corporate office, and nearly 2 months later, I was finally given a refund but they refused to refund a portion of the amount due to it being a "Measure Fee" which was never described before beginning the process. I was informed that even worse, the corporate Customer service rep (who was helpful to the extent possible) had extreme difficulty communicating with the store's management. The managers at this location refuse to work though issues and instead bury their head in the sand to ignore and hope they go away.
