My experience with VBK was great. The on boarding process was effortless. I was referred by a friend who worked with VBK. Brain did the onboarding process. He was detailed
oriented and he provided the vision I needed to create a nice master bathroom. Project manager George was helpful and he was easy to talk to about the project timeline and flow. I would recommend VBK for your next remodel.

The VKB Team (Al, Vahid, and Emin) was amazing! VKB worked within my budget, fixed dangerous electrical issues, and completed my beautiful kitchen in a timely manner. My kitchen is now brighter, safer, and even feels more spacious. Each member of my team was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and patient (I had lots of questions). Al provided great design guidance to make my kitchen more functional. Vahid was very attentive to changes I made during the process. And I can’t say enough about Emin, he is a skilled and meticulous craftsman. He cleaned up each day before leaving and did an exceptional job customizing a standard cabinet to accommodate my baseboard heating. I did not have a referral and I am so very happy that I chose VKB to remodel my kitchen…that I LOVE! Wonderful company. Thank you VKB!

beautiful.Farid started things off with his help in designing and getting as much storage available. He helped us come up with a great color palette which made our small condo kitchen look larger. Once our design was complete we met our project manager Vahid to go over everything at our home. He was the one who introduced us to Emin who brought our dream to life. Our construction was a little crazy due to the Christmas and New Years holidays. Then you add in a snow storm but the communication level of Emin was wonderful. He discovered some dangerous items that needed to be addressed during the construction which put our minds at ease. The impressive thing I liked during the whole process was daily videos of what was completed each day. I would definitely recommend VKB for any of your upcoming remodeling jobs.

Our new bathroom is beautiful! The designer, project manager, and the crew were all great to work with. The designer had great ideas for improvements that we had never imagined. The project manager was open to suggestions from me when changes were needed, and was responsive to questions and concerns. The workmanship from the crew was wonderful! I never imagined it would look so good and function so well. We went from a small, dark en suite to one with double sinks and lovely accessories. The key to success is lots of communication between everyone involved. The before and after photos tell the story of a job well done.

Called this number and got routed to a national call center who didn't know anything, and then routed me back to this location where the main customer service desk answered (rudely) then transferred me again where nobody answered. Customer Service 2023.

Been trying to get a door installed since late May. It has been nothing but frustrating since. It took 2 weeks just to get someone out to do the measurements. Another two weeks has passed without a word. I've been in here for 40 minutes waiting for one of the window/door people.
