We are absolutely thrilled with the result of our kitchen remodel! We worked with Burcu, as our designer, Adam was our project manager, and Wilson and crew did the work. Everybody involved did a superb job of transforming what used to be a very small kitchen in an 80 year old house into a large, bright, functional, modern and beautiful space. As with most old homes, we had many challenges along the way, but VKB tackled each challenge with expertise and patience, without taking any shortcuts. They managed to even out the floors that were different levels, and hid a beam into a shallow ceiling space, making the transition from kitchen into dining room seamless, turning it into one big open space. We really appreciated that VKB stayed on budget and did not nickel-and-dime. The product selection was made easy by visiting their show room, where Burcu helped us with design details. Even though, it took a bit longer and not without bumps on the road, we would hire VKB again for a home project! Great job and THANK YOU!!!

Ted and Josue worked on our main bathroom remodel and we have zero complaints.

We love our new kitchen!

VKB was the only company to conceive of a better kitchen design that fits my family, switching from the original peninsula design to a L design with a long island and table combination while leaving enough space around it. They removed the soffit to extend the cabinets to the ceiling. We took down pantry walls to create a larger floor -to-ceiling pantry and a separate coffee station and broom closet. We choose Fabuwood galaxy timber and dove for the cabinets, installing deep drawers on the lowers for maximum accessibility. The largest impact from the design was the removal of an awkward half wall between the family room and kitchen. Now we have a large kitchen with appropriate spacing for my household and that direct the traffic around the island, doesn't block the path from the sliding door, and puts every space to good use.

The work crew and project manager worked hard and were very detail oriented, adjusting and fixing any issue that my sharp eyes found. They supplied some pretty cool LED lights with multiple settings to set the right mood in the kitchen and family room. They seemed very proud of this kitchen, as am I. Thanks Victoria and Will!

Our kitchen turned out even more beautiful than we had hoped. Jose and David do such incredible work! They were extremely knowledgeable, dependable, and detail oriented. In the design process, Calvin was very helpful to give us some nice ideas to incorporate that we hadn’t thought of, and Will was very receptive and communicative throughout the process.

My kitchen remodel is finally complete and I love it! VKB did a fabulous job from start to finish. Starting with Sean Harris, my kitchen designer, who came to my home and provided me with a free design consultation. He was able to put my vision and my style together to show me the possibilities of what my kitchen could be. I interviewed four independent contractors and four major companies before deciding with VKB. They had the best price, the best design and i didn't have to run around to buy my own materials, except the appliances, which VKB insulted for me.

VKB assigned one of their top performing contractors to complete the project, they were always on time, very professional and willing to answer any and all questions I had during the process of the project. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and consolidated project materials out of the the way for safety.

This was such a big project and sometimes it became a little stressful and overwhelming. I often second guess my material selection and if I was going to like it in the end. But my project manager, Erkay was always there to reassure me to stay the course. He was in constant communication with me 3-4 times a week by phone, he would stop by to evaluate the progress of the project at least 1 or 2 times a week.

I gave VKB a 5 star rating because I LOVE my kitchen and whatever issue came up, my project manager and my designer was there to fix it right away.

VKB also remodeled my master bathroom and guest bathroom as well and I love it. I will add the bathroom photos later after I decorate.

Vahid Abbasov was great to work with they did a great job at renovating my Powder Room and installing the Toto bidet toilet. Calvin has always is a great designer. Look forward to working with them again.

Primary Bathroom Total Renovation – This was no simple task! We contracted VKB in June, 2024 for a complete overhaul of our primary bathroom. Totally new design, walls removed, all new plumbing, all new lighting, all new everything! Victoria Kaufman was our Design Consultant and we fell in love with her unique layout and design choices. Ted Erkam Kartal was our Project Manager and if I can say anything that should resonate with anyone who reads this, Ted’s very high level of customer service and cooperative demeanor throughout the entire project was absolutely exceptional! We anticipated there would be some bumps in the road with a large project like this and Ted was there each and every time to make it right by us. Ted did not rest until we were happy! The project took longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait. Between Victoria’s excellent design and Ted’s excellent care and dedication, we got the bathroom we imagined and we love it! For our master bathroom remodel, we interviewed and talked to several bathroom remodel companies. We choose VKB as the design and price fit perfectly for our needs. After the completion of our project, we are more than happy with the process and results. The VKB staff was great to work with. Nadia Galushko is a great designer that helped us find the look we were looking for in our bathroom. Our project manager, Will Vusal, was there every step of the way to make sure we finished on time and on budget. The work crew led by Marcos did amazing work and the craftsmanship is wonderful. I’ll definitely be looking to VKB for my next remodel project.

We couldn’t be happier with VKB’s renovation of our kitchen! I first met our designer Burcu Yuksel about 2 years ago and was so happy she was still with VKB when we started this project in October. Our kitchen needed updating, and we decided to keep our breakfast room and move the fridge there to expand counter space in the main area. Our house is nearly 100 years old, and Burcu was thoughtful in her design suggestions, and it is perfect! We love it! There were endless choices for counter, backsplash, cabinets- and we are thrilled with our selections. The crew was awesome as well, led by project manager Edwin Funez- they did excellent work, and they met their promise to be done within 3 weeks! Special shout out to Jesus from the crew- he is talented and kind, and his work is first-rate! When we are ready for our bathroom projects, we know who we will call. It’s a joy to be in the kitchen now, and we are grateful to Burcu, Edwin, Jesus and the crew for their excellent work from start to finish.

I was very impressed after my initial meeting with Calvin Lee. His knowledge and attention to detail, along with his patient understanding helped me to clarify the overall design esthetic that I wanted.
After seeing his layout, I was more than convinced that I wanted to work with him. He patiently guided me through the design choices that made the most sense for what I was trying to achieve and I am thoroughly happy with all the decisions and the final result.
Will Vusal, the project manager, was extremely professional and kept me informed of what was going on and what I could expect. He expertly handled a couple of hiccups in the supply chain and was able to get the project back on track. He made sure that he was always available to answer any questions that I might have.
Finally, Walter, the installation supervisor, proved to be extremely knowledgeable and extremely detail oriented. He went to great lengths to ensure that his team delivered the highest quality installation possible. Whenever an issue arose, which is almost inevitable, he made sure to explain the problem and then present the solutions along with the pros and cons of each.
I can't praise this team enough for their expertise and commitment to my overall satisfaction.

We previously had VKB remodel our owner's bathroom, which turned out amazing. Will oversaw that project and made sure everything went according to plan. So when we needed additional work done in the house, we reached out to Will and told him we would only let him lead the project. Refreshing our townhouse is a work in progress and he was more than willing to hear what our plans are and oversee the implementation. Strongly recommend Will when pursuing a project through VKB.

VKB did an incredible job with our primary bathroom remodel. The process started with our amazing designer, Salome, showing us multiple renderings and options of what we could do then having us pick our selections. She gave us a quote during the initial appointment, which came in significantly lower than others we had received. We signed that day.

3 weeks later, Salome and our project manager, Erkay, came to begin the project. Erkay was great, communicative, and made sure we were happy with everything along the way. Our construction lead, Jose, and his crew were great too. We could not be happier with our new bathroom thanks to VKB, Salome, Erkay, and the rest of the team.

We engaged VKB Kitchen & Bath on a large project to renovate three 35 year old bathrooms - 2 full baths and a half bath. We are very very happy with the results (see photos.) The half bath was just an update but the two full baths involved some structural changes - moving a toilet in the hall bath and redoing all the shelving and doors in the hall bath linen closet, and replacing a late 1980's platform tub with a soaking tub and expanding the shower footprint in the primary bathroom. Both full baths were pretty much demolished to the studs and rebuilt. VKB was very flexible as we initiated a couple of change orders. We also had to pivot when there was a supply chain issue with the shower tile we had selected. Severe flooding in Spain had significantly impacted delivery dates. VKB worked very hard to source our newly selected tile and they were able to obtain it without negatively impacting the overall schedule. VKB demonstrated exceptional customer service in addressing every concern- we were pretty tough with high expectations. VKB delivered!

We are so pleased with our new kitchen deigned and constructed by VKB. Nadia was fantastic in helping us choose and coordinate cabinetry, counters, hardware, etc., and really brought our vision to life. Our project manager, Will, kept our project on schedule, and was responsive and flexible with questions and requests. Our construction team, led by Marvin, was highly skilled and did excellent work from start to finish. We had an all around good experience working with VKB Columbia.

I can’t wait to give VKB 5 stars review while we are still waiting for the building permit final inspection. Here I want to express my sincere gratitude for VKB president, Paul P Ibrahimov (Mr. Paul), and my new project manager, Will Vusal (Mr. Will). I’m deeply grateful that I selected VKB as my home addition project contractor. This is a big project because I wanted to add a master bathroom, walking closet and a new deck to my home. I also want to renovate the old bathroom. I put my effort into looking for a reliable contractor. In the context of several competing contractors, the major decision made to choose VKB is the president, Mr. Paul, who convinced me VKB could meet the projects’ requirement, offer the best value and align with my preferences.
I particularly appreciate Mr. Paul’s support in reassigning Will Vusal, as my new home project manager. Mr. Will is such a great person, and his positive characteristics have built trust and fostered positive interactions with his clients. He worked hard at my project. His team has very high skill and experience and possesses a significant advantage in any endeavor. Mr. Will and his greatly skilled team treated my project with respect and had my home cared for as if it was the contractors’ own. For example, Mr. Will always express satisfaction when his team has done their job well. He also worked hard to resolve the problems left by the previous team. He is very responsible. His positive client experiences, his demonstration of genuine care for the project contributes to delivering high-quality results. You can see the pictures of my additional home, new bathroom and the new deck. They look so beautiful and professionally designed. Mr. Will and his team have done a fabulous job and met beyond my expectation. They also helped my landscaping recovery and bathroom feature installation.
I also appreciate Salome Beburidze, one of the designers of my home project, for her dedicated support. She is always there if you have any design questions.
Overall, I am very pleased with the work done by VKB kitchen & bath. While there were some problems during the initial project process, but since Mr. Paul reassigned Mr. Will, as my new project manager, the home project experience very positive changes. Here I want to give a big round of applause to Mr. Paul, a great president of VKB, Mr. Will, an excellent project manager and his great skilled team for their hard work, general support, engagement, and retention! They deliver a very positive outcome just like Mr. Paul’s promise of his quality product and service.

We are so pleased with our complete kitchen remodel by VKB. Starting with Nadia, who provided her expertise and so much time with us for the initial kitchen design. Our project manager, Samuel Fuentes, was very professional and communication was great via text, calls and visits. VKB provided us with a wonderful crew that put forth every effort to make sure the execution of the design is what we wanted. We always felt comfortable with having them in our house. We are impressed with the quality of the work and our kitchen was completed within the estimated timeline.

Love the final product and this company is very reputable when it comes to workmanship. I am obsessed with the final result! This is our second project with them. First one was a kitchen at our rental property. I would just recommend closely monitoring and document changes discussed and ask for a project plan up front. If you do that, you will have a great experience.

Our kitchen exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship and the work that VKB did was top-notch. If there was anything we wanted to changed or we did not think it looked right, they corrected it immediately. My only suggestion would be for them to give a more detailed timeline of things, when things will happen and get finished, etc. Victoria was patient and very helpful during the design process. She had great ideas and helped design our dream kitchen. Will was very calming as a project manager. This was our first big renovation and we questioned everything. Will explained and reassured us as well as working with us on mid project changes.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by VKB, with Vahid leading the project and Victor handling much of the hands-on work, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the process was smooth, organized, and right on schedule. The team communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more.

What really stood out to us was their professionalism and attention to detail. Every step of the project was handled with care, and the end result is a bathroom that looks beautiful and functions perfectly. We appreciated how respectful and reliable they were throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful remodel feel seamless. And the fact that Victor loved and got along with our dogs was a bonus.
