We had a great experience with HD at every step of the process. We love our new deck, and I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to finally put a deck on my townhouse. After a few quotes, I ended up choosing HD Exteriors because they were the most transparent quote. The rep really worked with me to understand what I wanted dimensions wise and they had the product I really wanted; TimberTechs' PVC line. (Highly recommend!)
Their office handled everything, permits, inspections, etc.
The workers were great. The took time to answer my questions and kept a clean work area through the entire process.
HD Exteriors even had a great financing option of 0% for 18 months.
If you're looking for work on your house, definitely give them a chance!

My experience with HD Decks and Exteriors was a wonderful one. I identified them as a possible contractor to replace deck boards on my relatively large deck by looking on their internet site. Everything from there happened in a timely fashion and with a high degree of professionalism. I'm looking forward to using the deck this summer and in summers to come without having to first face the job of restaining it!

HD is amazing

We are pleased with the deck built by HD exteriors. Nelson Simpson was easy to contact. All questions answered to our satisfaction. We hoped the stairs would not show exposed screws even with the plugs that match the deck boards. We hoped HD exteriors will come up with a solve if there is one.

These guys did a above and beyond fantastic job. They showed up on time during the duration of the job and cleaned up every single shard of debris every time when they were done for the day. I've owned this house since 2001 and have had many contractors do various projects on the property with hit and miss degrees of job satisfaction. I'm going to stay with this company on any future exteriors projects that may need to be done. period...

HD Exteriors did my deck and patio. They are professional and fast! Right from the beginning starting with measurements to them dealing with the HOA and the county. Their staff is on time , work clean and always update you before they leave. I won’t go anywhere else for my exterior needs!

HD Decks and Exteriors proved to be a top notch choice for our deck and screened porch project. Our salesperson Jeremiah was knowledgeable and personable and helped us bring our vision to reality. The HD office team and engineers completed all HOA documentation and permit requirements and the management and building teams kept the project running smoothly even in the dead of winter. They also carefully and successfully navigated around a treasured Japanese maple tree we had hoped to keep! We're thrilled with our beautiful addition that has added great value to our home.

The deck work was professionally estimated and all pre-planning explained fully. Project manager (Justin) engaged and laid out the steps to be taken by the decking crew. He remained engaged throughout, answering questions and responding to requests quickly. All in all a painless and satisfactory experience.
