Working with GBC has by far been our best experience compared to all the other companies/contractors we have worked with. Our renovation project was large, 5 bathrooms, full kitchen, full home carpet and other miscellaneous tasks. We needed a reliable contracting company who’s professional and delivers quality! We got estimate from 10 companies in the DC Virginia Bethesda area and GBC was our top pick. We mainly worked with Luisa and Burak and they were awesome! Burak was our main POC and was amazing to work with. He kept us up to date with the work progress through photos/texts. If we didn’t like anything or wanted anything to be changed, Burak was willing to work with us until we were happy and satisfied and I really appreciate that about him! All their crew was really polite professional and respected our house. They cleaned after themselves daily! If you are doing a major renovation project GBC is the best most reliable in the area. The deliver quality work! Better than builder grade. Their prices are competitive with other companies but they offer much more in terms of material selections. They have wide range of options to pick from. If we do any work for our house and it’s in GBC scope of work we will definitely work with them again!

Our firm has engaged Arium AE for the design and engineering of several projects, and the experience has been excellent. They are one of the best architectural and engineering firms in the area: highly professional, well-organized, and extremely knowledgeable. Their team demonstrates strong technical expertise and clear communication throughout the entire process.

Charles was a great lead for our deck project. Would highly recommend him. The project looks great and we are very happy with the outcome. There were a couple of hiccups with some of the contractors / installers but Charles got it all figured out and corrected. I would recommend and use them again.

We replaced an old deck with a larger deck using composite materials. It look great! Our sales/designer guy Adam helped create our vision (and talked us out of some costly ideas that we really didn’t need). We also opted for installing an under deck waterproofing system which added almost 250 sf of dry usable space to our small townhouse. Our quality control manager Charles was in daily contact snd answered all of our questions. Although we had some missed communication near the end of the project a call to Tasha the Production Coordinator addressed our issues asap. The HOA team was awesome in submitting all the paperwork to our two HOAs and followed up to ensure the project was approved. The HD team sent prompt emails to let us know when deliveries were scheduled and when inspections were passed. The install crew was always prompt, polite and did excellent work. Although HD Exteriors is on the pricier side you will have the confidence to know your project will be completed to your satisfaction.

HD Decks & Exteriors completed my dream project of adding a new deck with the water removing drainage system with a concrete patio below. This was a retirement/"20 year anniversary in the home" gift to myself. This project turned out better than what I was dreaming of. 😃 The installed sliding glass door, all of the materials, the look of the deck, the patio, etc is superior and is the talk of the neighborhood now.

The Project Manager Charles and all of the workers where phenomenal; they where all extremely knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Most importantly they where wonderful and patient with my daughter's dog who put himself in-charge of security and wanted to supervise everything; that really put my mind to ease. I highly recommend HD Decks and Exteriors!
