Charles was a great lead for our deck project. Would highly recommend him. The project looks great and we are very happy with the outcome. There were a couple of hiccups with some of the contractors / installers but Charles got it all figured out and corrected. I would recommend and use them again.
We replaced an old deck with a larger deck using composite materials. It look great! Our sales/designer guy Adam helped create our vision (and talked us out of some costly ideas that we really didn’t need). We also opted for installing an under deck waterproofing system which added almost 250 sf of dry usable space to our small townhouse. Our quality control manager Charles was in daily contact snd answered all of our questions. Although we had some missed communication near the end of the project a call to Tasha the Production Coordinator addressed our issues asap. The HOA team was awesome in submitting all the paperwork to our two HOAs and followed up to ensure the project was approved. The HD team sent prompt emails to let us know when deliveries were scheduled and when inspections were passed. The install crew was always prompt, polite and did excellent work. Although HD Exteriors is on the pricier side you will have the confidence to know your project will be completed to your satisfaction.
HD Decks & Exteriors completed my dream project of adding a new deck with the water removing drainage system with a concrete patio below. This was a retirement/"20 year anniversary in the home" gift to myself. This project turned out better than what I was dreaming of. 😃 The installed sliding glass door, all of the materials, the look of the deck, the patio, etc is superior and is the talk of the neighborhood now. The Project Manager Charles and all of the workers where phenomenal; they where all extremely knowledgeable, informative and very helpful. Most importantly they where wonderful and patient with my daughter's dog who put himself in-charge of security and wanted to supervise everything; that really put my mind to ease. I highly recommend HD Decks and Exteriors!

I wanted to finally put a deck on my townhouse. After a few quotes, I ended up choosing HD Exteriors because they were the most transparent quote. The rep really worked with me to understand what I wanted dimensions wise and they had the product I really wanted; TimberTechs' PVC line. (Highly recommend!) Their office handled everything, permits, inspections, etc. The workers were great. The took time to answer my questions and kept a clean work area through the entire process. HD Exteriors even had a great financing option of 0% for 18 months. If you're looking for work on your house, definitely give them a chance!
