HD Decks and Exteriors proved to be a top notch choice for our deck and screened porch project. Our salesperson Jeremiah was knowledgeable and personable and helped us bring our vision to reality. The HD office team and engineers completed all HOA documentation and permit requirements and the management and building teams kept the project running smoothly even in the dead of winter. They also carefully and successfully navigated around a treasured Japanese maple tree we had hoped to keep! We're thrilled with our beautiful addition that has added great value to our home.

The deck work was professionally estimated and all pre-planning explained fully. Project manager (Justin) engaged and laid out the steps to be taken by the decking crew. He remained engaged throughout, answering questions and responding to requests quickly. All in all a painless and satisfactory experience.

They did a great job and gave us exactly what we wanted. Communication was great throughout the project. They placed an emphasis on quality control. They were flexible and worked around our schedule and performed work on days it was convenient for us.

I found HD Exteriors on the recommendation of a neighbor and they were fantastic to work with. Their sales team, Corey in particular, was patient and knowledgeable in helping us design our back deck that we now love and are going to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you so much!

The guys were here when they said they would be, they always cleaned up after each day and were always respectful. The patio is beautiful and we are so glad we went with HD!! Dustin and his crew were so easy to work with we would recommend them for any deck or patio work. Great job guys!!

We contracted with HD for our large two level deck replacement and upgrade. The process was very through and not high pressure. We ended up enclosing the lower portion into a screened porch and incorporating several electrical upgrades. HD handled permits, inspections and the homeownwers association. They work is top notch and it added a lot of value to our home. I was pleased with the personal touch HD brought each step of the process. 5 Stars. A definite recommend.

After searching around the area, we decided to use HD Exteriors to rebuild our deck and we're very happy with their work. From the beginning to the end, everything was transparent and seamless. The entire staff and crew were very courteous and professional. Jai was our design consultant and he went above and beyond to work with us on ensuring our project met our needs and fit within our budget. Korinn, the HOA liaison associate, did a great job helping us with getting the approvals from our HOA. Nelson, the quality control associate also went above and beyond to ensure that everything was going well throughout the project as well as after it was completed. The build crew was great. They worked extremely hard to get our project completed professionally. Corey checked in a few weeks after the project was completed to ensure everything was to our liking. HD is very well organized and has different teams working to address the various steps of the project (e.g., permits, HOA, quality control, etc.). The deck looks great and the workmanship is highly professional. I highly recommend HD Exteriors to anybody looking for a highly professional and well-organized company that will make the process as seamless and painless as possible.

We hired HD to build us a new deck with a screened in porch underneath. We couldn't be happier with the result and working with HD. The process was smooth and they were communicative throughout. The entire staff was professional and courteous to include the estimator, office staff, guys actually building the deck and the project managers that would stop by. Even the owner Graham stopped by to check on the project. We went on to have our front door, porch and roof replaced by HD as well! This is a great family owned business and I highly recommend them!

From the first call, we felt great about their communication and transparency. They have a website which helps you track your project's status - from paperwork, to item delivery. You never have to guess what's going on. Their customer service is phenomenal! They always follow up - always.

Our deck build team had to miss a build day due to a truck issue during the week of our build. We weren't expecting it, but the crew showed up on Saturday to continue working the whole day to keep our project on track.

HD Decks & Exteriors done an outstanding job, building my deck. Their workmanship and the workers were outstanding. Customer service was awesome. The individuals always took their time to explain exactly what they were doing. Step by step, they actually finished.I hit a schedule.

Charles was a great lead for our deck project. Would highly recommend him. The project looks great and we are very happy with the outcome. There were a couple of hiccups with some of the contractors / installers but Charles got it all figured out and corrected. I would recommend and use them again.

A few delays from the manufacturer but it all worked out. Nelson was great and stepped up to find a quick solution to the minor issue we had.
