There is no soapy residue to attract dirt and no phony smell, just clean. The team are very proud of their business and always work hard to achieve the best possible result.

I used them on a recommendation from a friend of mine. Our rugs were in need of a serious cleaning. One was about a year old and the other was probably six or seven years old and neither have ever been cleaned. They both now look brand new. I wish I had taken a before picture. I am very happy and will definitely be using them again when it is time to clean our couch.

The lead and her team worked very hard to make my house ready to show for open house. These ladies pay attention to detail. They clean every nook and cranny. They were very organized in their approach to cleaning and therefore did not waste any time. Not once did i see anybody slowing down or taking shortcuts in their approach to cleaning. These ladies are 100 percent reliable and well worth the money. You can tell that they take pride in their work. C & M Cleaners has worked magic on my white sectional that is now on its eighth year and still looks brand new. I have used them twice now, and both times the cleaners arrived early and were professional and polite. It had been about three years in between cleanings and when who I suspect is the owner arrived, he immediately remembered me and asked about the white couch and the friendly cat. Easy to make an appointment great communication on time efficient my couches looked great smelled great and they did such a good job i had them come back the next week to clean more area rugs and chairs including leather bar stools. Will definitely call them next time we need carpets or furniture cleaned.

We recently went through a major home remodel and i was very anxious to get our rugs and couches cleaned before thanksgiving. I spoke with the owner over the phone and got scheduled right away. His attention to detail when cleaning our wool rug was much appreciated. In the past when having this rug cleaned with other companies the colors bled. He knew right away to clean with low moisture and our rug has never looked better. Even with heavy construction and dirt our couch looks as good as new too. Called last minute for couch and love seat to be cleaned due to allergic reaction from previous pets. The owner came within an hour worked with me. The couches were filthy from pet dander. Firstly, I had a warm and pleasant customer service experience from the initial phone call I made to the company. The woman who scheduled me was so nice and the appointment was easy to make. I had spilled champagne over a brand new white sofa. The damage was deep and from the surface, the stain looked irreparable. The technician who came over, spent an hour taking care of my sofa and making sure the stain was gone. They ended up cleaning the entire couch for a nominal price. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is searching for a couch or carpet cleaner. There are so many companies to choose from, but these guys are hard working, professional and kind. Let me start by saying wow. I called this company on sunday june 11 2018. Spoke to the office staff who answered who was very polite and kind. She assisted me and scheduled an appointment for the next day for me. She told me they will call before they arrive which they did. The technician came was kind upon arrival and explained the different options for me. I have a california king bed that was dirty from my baby puppies peeing and crapping on it. He assured me the stains and scent will be gone. He finished so fast the stains were gone and he also got the scent out. I am so pleased with this company and the technician's work. Thank you so much. I highly recommend them and i highly recommend the technician.

Very quick response time and they worked with my schedule. The technician did an amazing job. I was definitely long overdue for a carpet cleaning. Reached out to this company last minute and they were very accommodating. I have a small dog too so that smell definitely lingered but after I had them come and clean my carpet it smelled absolutely amazing and looked brand new. Would definitely recommend them.

The best, the absolute best. The first time they came to clean my synthetic area rugs, not only were they on time, but were early. Such kind men. Very thorough and showed me the dirty mess of water left after the cleaning. After they dried, I noticed some spots still left. But even before I could call, they called me first to see if I was satisfied. I told the scheduler there were still some spots and she scheduled a free second cleaning right away. They have just finished the second cleaning, got out all the spots, were extra nice and professional, and would not even take a tip when I begged them to. Would recommend them to any and everyone. No complaints whatsoever and my carpets look like they looked when I bought them four years ago. So happy with this service, thank you. Restored my faith in good customer care in this city.
