We’ve been using GoGreen for a few years now. They are fast, efficient, and professional. Whenever we’re at home, they are very friendly, and our young daughter loves waving at them and watching them work, and they always smile and wave back to her. We always take advantage of their spring cleanup to make sure things are ready for the season. Occasionally, things have happened (they always eventually do no matter who you hire) but anytime we’ve had any questions, concerns, or anything at all, they’ve always been highly responsive to both email and phone calls, and resolve the issue quickly and make sure that we’re completely satisfied with the result. I can honestly and wholeheartedly say that I would recommend GoGreen to anyone in their service area.

GoGreen did an amazing job landscaping my yard, putting in 2 long drain pipes, leveling the ground, laying sod, and trimming a tree. They had to deal with some hugh roots of a nearby willow oak. They removed two large evergreen bushes and planted a new bush in their place. They put a wooden barrier at the base of the wood fence to also help with the flooding condition of the yard. We had a big rain the next day and everything GoGreen did seemed to be working beautifully.
I highly recommend this company.

GoGreen is unprofessional and doesn’t customize the care they give to a client’s needs. If I could put zero stars for their attention to detail, I would.

1st time (July 27, 2022) out they unevenly cut my front lawn. Leaving piles and lumps of grass. Leaving bold spots in the grass. The backyard is awful.

Today, 2nd time (August 16, 2022) and unannounced. They never even tried to correct the 1st job.

I am extremely disappointed. As I explained to men that were hacking my yard and blowing grass into my neighbors yard, to stop and gather or rake the grass. I was told we don’t do that.

Their staff made no effort to correct my concerns regarding my lawn before leaving grass all over my vehicles.

Spent a small fortune to fix my lawn with zero results. My lawn now officially looks worse than before their so called experts treated it. Asked them to come back and fix it and they told me that it is not their problem if my lawn looks the way it does. Extremely annoying to have this kind of experience.

Editing initial review to respond to the response posted. Why send someone to “evaluate “ the area now to provide appropriate recommendations? Why was this not done as part of the initial evaluation and treatment when you were explicitly hired to help improve the health of the law? Sounds like you blindly seeded and aerated it the first time with the hope that it works without understanding the needs of the lawn. This is not expected from a company that claims to do “quality” work.

Not sure who in their right minds would work with you to pay additional money to retreat my lawn when it is already looking worse than when you initially treated it and you give ABSOLUTELY NO guarantees to your own work as you have already stated to me over the phone and now in your response. Thanks but no thanks.

I have been using this company for years now, from general landscaping in my front yard, to mowing, and now using them to help clear out my vegetable garden and top it off with dirt for the season.

They are very professional with their quotes being on time and accurate, and they always leave my yard looking great.

Would definitely recommend them for anyone who wants Fall/Spring clean-ups with mulching, mowing, or help with your garden setups for Spring planting.

I just purchased a house in Damascus, before I even moved I was regretting the purchase. Even tho was my dream home
I felt in pieces when my unfinished basement had so much water coming from the floor 3 sub pumps all on 24/7 and my 1000 sq feet home had a $300 electrical bill before we even moved in. The grass was always saturated of water 4-5 days after rain even if was 98 degrees outside. The sidewalk 3-4 inches of puddles. I was desperate ! 😞
I called 4 different experts in water protection on the outside and they all gave me crazy numbers and most of them gave me 50/50 chance was going to work.
Some even said was impossible since my house is lower than all my neighbors and my 1/2 acres back yard was sloppy to the house.
Vinnie from GOGREEN came over took pictures of all sides of my house, explained to me the step 1 of the solution that would not break the bank . Sent me a very professional proposal with all 3 D pictures of how my backyard would look after the service. Let me choose all the materials so would match with house and outdoor kitchen.
I must say my backyard looks amazing. But i was waiting for the rain .
Last 2 days it rained a lot
And my basement is dry dry dry 😅
No puddles anywhere on site
And all the water is going to the county drain my the rd just the way was supposed to be.
I m in love with my house again
And cant wait for
Moving day.

Ben, Bruce, and team did an outstanding job recently on some landscaping work. We hired them to construct a new stacked stone wall in addition to putting in new plants and fixing some erosion issues we had in our backyard. Ben did a fantastic job of communicating with me throughout the entire process and at no time did he ever pressure me to make any decisions. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors on the end product.

This is a great company. Bruce, one of the owners, is incredibly professional and responsive. The company does high quality work. They did overall clean up and mulching on our MANY gardens. They trimmed bushes and trees. They dug out a spout for our drain which involved rebuilding a retaining wall. They also cut down an evergreen and a large limb on another tree. They did an excellent job. We are very happy with their work and their pricing.
