Rick did a great job replacing my rental property water heater and then the new Furnace. He was very responsive to get out and look at the job, then had parts and job completed within 1 week.

I highly recommend Seasonal HVAC. They replaced all the "innards" of my toilet. The service was quick and efficient. The cost was extremely fair--they didn't even charge me for the first day when they came out to evaluate what was wrong with the toilet. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Richard came a couple hours after I called. My HVAC went out and the weather was extremely cold. He had to go to Baltimore for a part. After over 4 hours, I got i fair rate and everything is working great. I highly recommend him.

They were assigned through my AHS home warranty, it's a pure luck of a draw if you get a competent tech to propertly diagnose your issue. However, they will drastically over-inflate "water line modifications" costs which are not covered by the homewarranty. These costs are far above and beyond what it would cost you to hire a local reputable plumber out-of-pocket. My sincere recommendation is to ask for another contractor as soon as you get notification that TMayes was assigned to your claim.
