Our technician, Mark was amazing, properly diagnosing and finding a temporary solution to our broken furnace (in January!) within 30 minutes. He ordered the part and returned 48 hours later to install it. God Bless Him!
P.S. The other company couldn’t even find the parts 🙄.

I'm very happy with my hydronic HVAC replacement done by Smith& Co. Hydronic doesn't seem to be done by a lot of companies, and I was being either turned away or ghosted by the many I reached out to. I eventually asked Smith & Co, despite being far out of their stated service area. They offered me either a photo estimate or to have a service technician sent out with a service fee ( due to the long distance). They gave me an estimate very quickly based off the photos I sent and I was scheduled with a 50% deposit through their payment portal. The service technician was on time the day of my appointment, and they completed my install in around 3 hours. The estimate was very accurate, with no surprise charges on the day despite them going off of the few photos I sent. The technicians were very cordial, and willing to answer any questions I had. Afterwards, my equipment and maintenance was explained to me. I highly recommend Smith & Co.
