A very responsive, pleasant, and professional tree company. They gave me an estimate the same day I called, came out on time, and removed my tree for a good price which was the same as the estimate. They cleaned up perfectly and even took a few other limbs that had blown down recently. And all this was with three inches of snow on the ground. This is my third time using their service. I recommend them highly.

A tree In our yard fell down. Ms. Candy came out quickly to give us an estimate as well as figure out why the tree fell, and what were our next steps. Not only is she a very experienced arborist with a great wealth of knowledge of trees and their root systems, but she was quick to response and incredibly warm and enjoyable to work with. Great experience with this company. We had a massive tree fall in our backyard. On a recommendation, I called them and they had someone out to check on it within 24 hours, sent a proposal within 5 hours of their visit, and then got us on the schedule for removal 3 business days after. Tree was successfully removed, and so quickly! They were very communicative throughout. I highly recommend!

We had a number of difficult issues including a tree with a dangerous lean and multiple large dead branches which posed a serious risk to our family. With over 60 years of experience the people were artists in their profession and quickly addressed difficult challenges. In minutes they managed to throw a rope extremely high and get full control of the leaning tree bringing it down safely in minutes to my amazement. They showed perfect mastery of their techniques with ropes, cutting wedges, undercutting, and hinges to perfectly and safely handle each and every challenge perfectly with total control. But most of all they understood our requirements and met all our needs and expectations at a very reasonable price exactly the way we wanted. We strongly recommend Shifflett Tree Service Service, Kim, Candi, and the whole team. They could not have been better.

It’s rare these days to find a warm company you immediately trust. We’ve used Shifflett twice now, and they’ve done excellent work. Candy is a highly knowledgeable arborist and will steer you in the right direction. We have a couple dozen trees on property and she thoroughly inspected each one and gave an honest assessment of needs. She was very clear and helped me make the right decisions. No pressure at all. The crew was kind and careful. They did the little things that matter to me (not parking on the grass, being very careful on property, etc). They worked very efficiently (I enjoyed watching their operation) and got the job done quick (fell 6 trees and trimmed several in 5 hours). They even cleaned up perfectly. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will 1000% use them in the future, but who knows when that will be, because they set us up right. Thank you Candy and crew and Shifflett for being a rare gem these days.

Eric Schifflett came right on time and couldn't have been more pleasant. He gave me great advice on maintaing the health of a couple of my mature trees and didn't charge me anything!

Shifflett Tree Service has maintained our trees for many years. The family is always available when we need advice or tree care. The crews arrive on time, work carefully and efficiently, and clean up after the work is done. Unfortunately, we had to remove a diseased tree recently. The crew handled this dangerous job professionally and carefully. We would never consider a different service than Shifflett when we need tree work.

Fernando responds immediately to texts and phone calls. Eric, Edgar, and Saul did an amazing job on our lawn and beds. We have had garden service before but never anywhere close to as good as this.
