This is a great company. Timely construction completion.

Utterly incompetent and completely unreliable at managing construction schedules. A local park they were contracted to build has been delayed an entire year simply because they can't manage to complete a small stretch of entry road, even though the park itself has been sitting mostly complete for several months.

Located in my county so I always try to give local contractors first opportunity. Leak on toilet line. Part was $8.90. Took him an hour to complete. $95 service call not terrible. His rate was $350/hour which was outrageous for a plumber. It wasn't an after hours calls or an emergency weekend or holiday call. Total was $460.43. If your rate is $350 an hour you really need to advise customers upfront. Will never use them again. Buyers beware.
