Great experience! Arrived on-time, expert work, cleaned up when done , and problem fixed. What more can you ask for!

TJ is thoughtful and cares about his work..

Excellent conscientious service. Handled drainage issue, blocked diverter, shower replacement, dishwasher install, and UV system for our new (to us) home in Churchton. Five stars!

Great plumbing services. Really helped me out when I was in a bind and needed a leak repair. Best plumbers in Baltimore hands down.

Very knowledgeable, great service and would definitely recommend this business! Initially found through thumbtack, but ended up hiring them to replace hot water heater and sump pump. Great quality work and very professional!

Our water stopped working completely. I found precision plumbing on yelp and called. TJ answered and came out the same day to find out why we didn't have water. Turns out that our well pump was bad. Being since it was 5:30pm on Wednesday he couldn't get all the parts that day. We scheduled for TJ to come back in the morning to replace our pump. TJ and his assistant arrived on time with all the parts and had the pump replaced in TWO HOURS on Thursday morning. Thank you for being quick and efficient with this whole ordeal. Hopefully we don’t have any more plumbing issues but now I know who to call!

Precision Plumbing was very professional, responded quickly, assess the issue, called me with a quote, and completed the work to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

I recently referred Precision Plumbing Services to colleagues in Baltimore, and they couldn't be happier. They were renting an AirBnB and had a pipe burst at 1AM, and needed someone there asap. The technicians are highly skilled, identifying and resolving issues that others couldn't fix. Their outstanding customer service, reliability, and fair pricing were consistently praised.

The team is prompt (especially during a 1AM emergency!), professional, and meticulous, ensuring a clean work area and thorough explanations of the repairs. They've proven to be a trustworthy and dependable choice, making them my top recommendation for anyone in need of quality plumbing services in Baltimore. Thanks so much for helping at an inconvenient time of night.

Very fast service on replacing my propane tankless water heater. They explained everything to me about my current tankless water heater and explained to me that my concern about the water flow rate of my old unit wasn't sufficient for my house. He showed me how he can increase my water flow rate with a different tankless water heater. There pricing was very good in comparison to other pricing I had gotten. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Fast service highly knowledgeable and great pricing. Five stars from me. Thank you Precision Plumbing

Amazing experience all around! They were reasonably priced for the water treatment system as well as some other work we had been putting off. Everything was done fast and the right way! My water is clean and he even showed me the readings! If you need a plumber in the Carroll County area, 10/10 stars 🌟! Highly recommend!

Absolutely pleased with the service! We recently had our water heater replaced by TJ in Annapolis, MD, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They were punctual, professional, and finished quickly. Not only did they go above and beyond to bring everything up to code, but they left my basement cleaner than when they started. If you're looking for a reliable plumber in Annapolis, look no further!

TJ did an amazing job. He was out to my house in 40 minutes with his restoration team and saved the day. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Extremely responsive, professional and knowledgable. TJ armed me with all of the information I needed to make the best decision for my situation. I had a new hot water heater installed and functioning same day. Doesn't get any better than that. I Highly recommend...

Family was renting a VRBO in Riviera Beach for a while and the kids put something down the toilet that wrecked havoc. Precision was friendly and responsive. Couple other Baltimore plumbers couldn't tell us when they could come out and said, "we'll give you a call". But Precision said they could come by same afternoon. Great service, would recommend.

Precision Plumbing Services response time is fast. The actual owner responds to customers. Turn around time is typically the same day and pricing is affordable. TJ is knowledgeable in basic plumbing as well as tankless heaters, wells and water treatment services. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

Highly recommend Precision Plumbing Services! TJ and his team were super efficient and professional. We had a toilet flange leak onto the subfloor. They took the time to explain everything and did a great job with the flange and pipe replacement. They even helped set us up with mold remediation services afterwards. We will definitely use Precision Plumbing again next time we need plumbing work!

Great experience with Precision Plumbing Services.

From the initial contact with customer service regarding my particular issue to the second phone call routed, I was very pleased with the courtesy and kindness of those I spoke with.

The actual visit was with TJ, and again, the level of service was top-notch and he was thorough in explaining things and super kind to speak with.

I felt comfortable asking many questions without feeling brainless! Although I needed time to make a decision, he was very understanding, and I would not hesitate to call them again to do some work!

I recently used this plumbing service and I couldn't be more satisfied. The plumber TJ, arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly fixed the issue with my pipes and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend this plumbing service to anyone in need of plumbing help!"

TJ was at my house within 90 minutes to replace my leaking disposal as well as perform preventative repairs on a pipe fitting. He was courteous and knowledgeable and worked quickly. Appreciated the fact that he came out on a Saturday!! Highly recommend!

We recently had our water heater replaced at our home in La Plata, MD by Precision Plumbing Services, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. TJ and his team showed up on time, were professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work.

They removed the old unit, installed a brand-new, high-efficiency water heater, and made sure everything was up to code and working perfectly before leaving. The install area was left spotless, and the workmanship was top-notch.
