Did a superb job. Nice $ too.

I have used Superior several times. They never disappoint. They show up on time, quote a fair price and do a great job!

The guy who cleaned my carpet promised that the marks from the furniture will be gone after carpet dryers in 3 hours. When I came back next day the marks were still there even after very light furniture. The man cleaned 4 rooms in about 45 minutes. It’s not enough for that big area.I knew that something is not right after he refused to take the tip.

Locally and family owned business is for real SUPERIOR! Consistently earning 5 star ratings, stains GONE, carpets restored, and neighborly, attentive, customer service.

This is a one-man operation - he gets it right. Excellent communication throughout, on time, extremely skilled, knowledgable, professional, and efficient, and a fair price. Our carpets look great. We will be repeat customers.

Excellent service provided by Shaun. Quite happy with the results. As a pet owner, the carpet receives more dirt than normal and figured I would look for a company local to me. Shaun was on time and provided a great service.

I had Shaun out to clean my carpets today. Positive aspects were that he showed up on time and also moved some things around to aid in facilitating the cleaning and vacuumed one area before cleaning. He did not clean the edges of the carpet. He did not remove many of the spots and dirty areas on the carpets and steps. Because he was working by himself he did not move many pieces of furniture and clean behind them and underneath them. These are pieces that I (a senior with limited mobility) can move myself so I am not sure why he did not do a complete cleaning. Since his price was high (it was at the top range of what he had quoted me over the phone and I did not add in protectant), I will not be using him again. Overall a disappointing experience. I am arranging to have someone else come and redo the work

We called Shaun on the recommendation of friends. We were very pleased with how he cleaned our carpets. We moved several small pieces of furniture so he could complete the job thoroughly. We highly recommend him and our son will be using his services soon.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Shaun and his team are. When they leave , I feel like I’ve got new carpets! Especially if you have a pet, this quality service is invaluable. He’s even been willing to come when we’ve had stain issues. Highly recommend this team!

EMI is my go to vendor for janitorial services at the property I manage. The corporate office gives the onsite crews the support they need to get the day to day job done right. Our property has heavy foot traffic that is nearly 24/7 with residents and a large number of retail tenants. Still, the EMI onsite team is able to stay on top of cleaning everything each day. The onsite team seems to be happy with the pay and benefits that EMI provides.

We have been using Aerotech to maintain our gutters for several years now and have always been very pleased with the work. From the front office to the technicians themselves, everyone has always been helpful, friendly, and professional. In our most recent experience, Joseph ensured that every one of the countless maple leaf seeds stuck in our gutter guards was removed, then did a great job of cleaning up the resulting debris afterwards. Definitely a company to recommend.

We have been using Aerotech for the last 4 years but yesterday was the first time I meet Luis who was part of the team. He and the team did a thorough job cleaning my gutters to my satisfaction. They also did a good job cleaning up the leaves that fell to the ground and covered my rooftops. I hope we get Luis and his team again!
