We use this company for gutter cleaning and roof cleaning when the leaves start to come down. We actually have them come four times a year. They are always on time. They always notify me a day before. The guys are always friendly, courteous, and professional with their work. We love the way our house looks when they are done. Hector definitely earns a five star rating.

Edwin did an excellent job of cleaning my gutters. the work was done quickly and there was no debris left. He was friendly and courteous and respectful. I was extremely happy with the service thanks to Edwin.

I had some new gutters installed and was happy with the price and the quality. Fast forward two months and a team showed up to conduct a “cleaning”. I had not been made aware they were coming and went outside to talk with them and they seemed annoyed I asked them what was going on. They informed me that I will receive four “free cleanings” because of the new gutters. I had not realized this and was pretty excited about it. Needless to say they were here all of five minutes and never went to the back. I even ensured the gate was unlocked.
I blew it off because it was free and then I received a bill for $20. Though it is not a great deal of money this would not make the cleaning free. I called the help desk and got no where. The lady even admitted she only had pictures of the front and not the back. Needless to say I paid the money and canceled my future unannounced cleanings. I don’t have any trees anyway.

To follow up on my review. I do not expect a company to never make a mistake. The true value is to admit there was a mistake and correct it. Aero tech did exactly that. They reached out and refunded my money and ensured I was happy with the service. Good job aero tech!

Monica was extremely helpful with setting me up with a cleaning service. She was excellent at communicating and very prompt with setting up our contract and visiting the site for a walkthrough. Our office has never been cleaner and I can't be happier with this service!

We have been using Vanguard Cleaning System of Maryland for two years, since we are an animal hospital you know we need a complete cleaning everyday. Vanguard has always comes though for us. The place always smells wonderful and looks great, our clients always comment on how nice the practice looks and doesn't smell like and animal hospital. We would recommend Vanguard to any one looking for a great cleaning company.

Vanguard has been providing cleaning services for our administrative office and the offices and breakrooms in our manufacturing plant for over a year. We are consistently pleased with the work done by Glenda and her team. There have been occasions when I have forgotten to inform them about office closures or power outages due to maintenance, and as a result, the cleaning crew has had to call me. I feel bad for forgetting to communicate these essential details in advance, especially because they do a great job. The reason I forget though is BECAUSE they do such a great job. I never have a reason to think about the cleaning.

Every time I step into my office, I'm greeted by a pristine environment. Nothing is out of place, everything shines, and I rarely need to request anything. I maintain my office quite well, and in return, they diligently wipe my desk every week. I know this because in over a year, I've never had to clean my desk. As I write this, I can see the immaculate state of my desk-not a speck of dust around my phone, behind my picture frames, or on the back of my monitors. Even the window sills and the corners of the ceilings are free from dust and cobwebs, a testament to their meticulousness.

While they are often overlooked, Glenda, her team, and their valuable work are very appreciated.

It was a phenomenal experience, from Monica's assistance with our questions and taking hands-on approach, as well as Ericka and her team's professionalism and thorough cleaning of our carpets.
