Working with Vanguard has been a very pleasant and professional experience. They are very responsive to all service requests, and proactive in their customer service. Our building always looks very clean after their team services it, and I would recommend them to any business in need of a cleaning service.

We've been using Vanguard for about a year now and it's been great. We've actually had to switch companies a few times now and are definitely happier now. Our account person, Maria, meets with us every month to check in, our actual cleaner, Jesus, has been great and is very communicative and open to suggestions, and their rate is very competitive with other full-service companies. All in all we are very pleased with their service.

Our company originally hired Vanguard to do evening cleaning a few days a week. We are a clinic that needs to be kept as clean as possible. After a few months, we decided to replace our daytime porter with Vanguard.
Mayra's crew was already familiar with our building. Once we showed her what our daytime needs were, she brought in Andrea to be our daytime porter. Andrea continues to do a great job. Our staff members constantly tell me how happy they are to have her.
