This company provided great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment the same day we called them. Our Kenmore fridge was running too warm and our ice maker had totally stopped working. Their tech was able to repair everything in about two hours. Definitely worth the call!

Vega Appliance Repair actually called me after I posted on Yelp that my refrig-freezer was acting up. The other responses were just text messages. I also was told what to expect it could cost based on what I told them. They quickly schedule a repair time for the next day, were on time, worked well with us, and were very dilligent in the repair. Unfortunately, the compressor was not fully working, was not the one expected, and they had to order a new compressor. Once it arrived, they promptly came back and replaced the old one. They worked with us to make sure the repair was good. We are completely satisfied with Vega Appliance Repair!

Had a problem with my fridge for awhile and just had this particular problem fixed maybe a year ago. I feel like Vlad actually took the time to diagnose the problem and not just slap on a bandaid. In doing so found another problem and was able to fix that too. Would recommend their services!

Great service. I live in Columbia MD and last month my LG fridge stopped working. Vlad was able to come by on the same day before the food even had time to warm up. He diagnosed and fixed the issue (it was a compressor I believe). It came back a few days later so Vlad came by again for no extra charge. It’s been working for two weeks now, good as new. Would recommend

We called them when our LG refrigerator stopped working and were able to schedule an appointment later that week. When the technician came by he took a pretty long time to diagnose the fridge (about 45 minutes) and told us what the problem was, saying that there was no guarantee that it wouldn’t just break again later even if he changed out multiple parts, and gave us a quote. We decided to just buy a new one instead, to which he thanked us, packed up, and left. We ended up only paying the $85 service fee. Very honest company!

Excellent service and communication. I called looking for quotes to replace a fridge door gasket. Vlad suggested I check to see if the fridge is worth keeping first before spending so much money on that kind of repair. Highly highly recommend Vega Refrigerator Repair. My frig kept blowing a fuse. It was past the 1 year warranty but I had called Kitchen Aid in August and they sent a repairman who came to house and said frig was fine but I needed to change electrical outlet so I did. Frig still kept blowing fuse. So I changed the fuse in the fuse box. Still kept blowing. So I looked at google reviews and found Vega. They listened to me and spent all afternoon trying to figure out the problem. Found that the compressor was running too hot which was causing the fuse to blow. Finally after months and months of frig problems, a logical explanation. Because it’s a safety hazard, Kitchen Aid is waving all costs to repair AND repairing damaged floor from ice melting and water warping the floor. Thank you Vega for listening to me and solving the problem!!!
