Molly Maids of Towson/Bel Air provides an easy, efficient way to completely clean your living space. From my first point of contact with Molly Maids of Towson/Bel Air, I knew that I was dealing with a very professional and caring organization. Shortly after an initial phone conversation, an on-site inspection and instant estimate was provided by Kim. Kim readily tailored the job to meet my specific needs and did a great job in doing so. I was fortunate enough to have Chelsea and Erin assigned to clean my home and they were, hands down, absolutely terrific! They were on time, courteous and professional. They were also pleasant, hard-working and thorough. I found the whole experience in dealing with Molly Maids of Towson/BelAir to be an extremely enjoyable one because of Kim, Chelsea and Erin. From my perspective, Molly Maids of Towson/Bel Air provided wonderful and meticulous customer service and I hope to do business with them in the future.

Steph and Amber did an amazing job cleaning our home. We had just moved in in March and because of the shut down, June was the first time we could get a real professional cleaning. It truly feels like we have a brand new home. Thanks.

We had Molly Maids for the first time just prior to Easter. I wanted to reduce my holiday stress. Shandon and Carleen were very personable and polite. They did a nice job on my house especially the bathroom. The bathroom was cleaner than I was ever able to clean it!!

John was extremely quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He responded to my call promptly, set up an appointment to come look at the house, showed up on time and did a thorough walk-through to give a realistic estimate. Erin and her crew show up on time, every time, and do a thorough and professional job. Very happy with the service.

John at Molly Maids runs a very professional business. Price is competitive but the services provided are better than most in the area. Lisa and Rosa do an amazing job cleaning my house and it is spotless when they are finished.

John and Wendy really saved me. I had a party at my home in 4 days, and John came out and gave an estimate the next day, and the cleaning teams came out the day after. We even had a slight issue with the service and mid-stream both John and Wendy came to my home and completely rectified the situation and reimbursed me. They were very professional and their maids do exactly what you ask them to. They even let me know about a slow leak in one of my windows, which is now being fixed thanks to them bringing it to my attention. Thanks Molly Maid!

I have been with Molly Maids since they first came into the Bel Air area. All their employees aree professional, efficient and very organized in cleaning my home. Never once have I ever had a compliant or concern about the cleaning they performed. I give them high marks for customer satisfaction.

Wendy, John, Shannon. Chelsea and every other team member who has helped keep us clean have been wonderful. We have had a wild summer, punctuated with COVID, surgery, dog issues, kids in an out, and contractors in heavy rotation and still it is service with a smile. They are punctual, communicative and caring- a nice combination for keeping my home perfect through it all!

John and the team from Molly Maid do a great job. We reached out when we had our second kid ( as you can imagine its difficult to make a home sparkle with two kids and both of us working) and they have been great every month. I highly recommend!

Shannon and Amanda came and deep cleaned all of our bathrooms and kitchen for us before we had guests over this weekend. They were in dire need of getting all the cracks and crevices deep cleaned. When I showed my wife the job she did, she kept saying "wow!" when looking at every room and every fixture. They really did a great job and I'd 100% use Molly Maid again.

The best decision we have made this year is hiring Molly Maid to clean our home every other week. It is so nice to come home to a clean house and not have to stress about cleaning on our free time with our busy schedules. They will also change our bed sheets which is an added perk! The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable with them cleaning while we are not home, however when we are home they are always very respectful and professional. I definitely recommend Molly Maid.

MOLLY MAIDS LITERALLY SAVED THE DAY!!!

A Move Out Cleaning Service was contracted with a well known cleaning company. We were stood up by a service that confirmed our 10:00 appointment for today. They gladly took my money ahead of time. At 10:30 after I pursued the issue and spent 20 minutes on the phone, I was told the cleaning wasn’t going to happen today.
I called MOLLY MAIDS just before 11:00am. John, the hero, was able to have a team on the premises within three hours!!!
Their work is impeccable, the personnel friendly and helpful. A top-notch organization!!!

I have been using Molly Maid for about 6 months and I am so happy with the hard work that they have done to help keep my house clean. Jennifer and Boswell go above and beyond to clean every inch of my house!! It has been extremely difficult to get to the dusting, mopping and deep cleaning of bathrooms during the pandemic; however, they both make me feel confident that my house is germ free and visitor ready!! Amber also has been a pleasure to work with. When you call she is very polite and informative!! She has been to my house several times and is also amazing!!!
