This was my first time ever using a home cleaning services and I am so happy that I chose Molly Maid of Towson/Bel-Air. I received a standard apartment cleaning and I could not have asked for a better experience! Customer service was extremely professional and responsive. The cleaning team (Michele, Jackie, and Rosia) was absolutely phenomenal and I recommend them for any of your home cleaning needs.

I've been using Molly Maid for a few months now and the service has been great! Amber and John have been excellent points of contact and the most recent crew of Juvy and Rina were exceptional. They cleaned and arranged items very well and it really improved the quality of life in our home!

Molly Maids are incredible! Debra and Elaine (the women who usually come to my house) are super sweet, reliable, and efficient. They are meticulous with their work and always up for a challenge. 10/10 would recommend for their dependability alone. Truly amazing!

We just started using their service yesterday and had a deep clean. Chelsea and Kiarra did an amazing job with my house. We have signed up for a bi monthly cleaning and I am so excited not to have to worry about my house cleanliness with our busy schedules. This is the best decision that we have made thus far this year. I would definitely recommend Molly Maid, you will not regret it.

Shannon and Cathy of Molly Maids did an absolutely wonderful job getting our house ready for an appraisal! They worked so well together and were very nice and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and started right away!

I had an oven that was beyond my cleaning. So the policy is to send two people for one hour. Debra and Elaine were fabulous. They were polite, professional, aware of their time, and the cost. very friendly and conscientious. I would highly recommend the two of them for any cleaning job you have. they are very thorough so besides getting my oven to sparkle, they vacuumed and clean my bathrooms all in one hour. Merry Christmas to me!

The team was very thorough. They got the job done quickly, we couldn't really have asked for more. I called Molly Maid late the week before Thanksgiving and unreasonably asked if they might, somehow, be able to come out and do a full home deep clean in advance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, since we were hosting my parents and in-laws. Despite the lateness of the request, Molly Maid was extraordinarily accommodating and was able to come out the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Wendy and Stormy arrived on time on Tuesday and did excellent work over the next few hours. We were extraordinarily happy with their work and our house was spotless for our guests. Many thanks to the Molly Maid folks for squeezing us in so close to the holiday. I highly recommend their services!

This is one of the best gifts I could have given myself. My Molly Maid team comes every two weeks and does a fantastic job. They treat my home like it’s their own. We love Erin because of her professionalism, and commitment to detail. When she comes we have no worries; we know the service is going to be top notch!

I wasn't going to review Molly Maids after our brief business, which I had gripes about but nothing that had me super upset; however, I had never had cleaners before and had no frame of reference for the service I received. Having just had my new cleaners do their initial cleaning, I am retroactively incensed at my experience with Molly Maids.

They came out and gave an estimate, which I believe was in the $350-$450 range for the initial cleaning and around $195 for the biweekly. That was before all the preparatory work I did to make it as easy as possible for their cleaners to conduct their deep cleaning. I also had the carpets and upholstery cleaned the day prior and said they would not need to remove objects from shelves and such for dusting since that was a low priority for me.

Molly Maid's initial cleaning had two cleaners (three for a portion of that time) working for half the day, which put my actual bill at well over $600. They also broke my microwave. That shouldn't have been a big deal, but when I called about filing a claim the gentleman on the phone argued with me, heatedly, for a good 15 minutes before finally acquiescing to check with their insurance provider (who processed the claim without any further to-do). After a couple more recurring cleanings, MM decided to terminate our business relationship, which I can't thank them enough for.

My new cleaners quoted me $250 dollars, sight unseen, for the initial deep cleaning. Sent two cleaners, who finished in not quite two hours, did a much more thorough job in that time (including taking out a stain in the tub that MM claimed couldn't be removed) and charged me exactly $250 even when paying with a credit card (which MM charges a fee for.) Reoccurring cleanings should be $150 and I look forward to getting way more value for my money.

I have experienced other cleaning companies in the past that provide good service in the beginning but then the quality tapers off. This is not the case with my Molly Maid team, who have consistently provided great cleans over a long period of time. My team is friendly and conscientious, and I always look forward to my bi-weekly service!

**I am editing this review 2 years later to say that the quality of my cleans has remained consistent, and that I continue to be impressed by the dedication of Terry and Ira!

ZERO STARS. Absolutely horrible experience. John the owner, ironically (as the boss to women) came off extreme rude and sexist as he showed up unannounced at our home to argue with me! He didn’t decide to act courteous until I had to actually tell him he wasn’t going to talk to me the way he was on my property. Mind blown and speechless doesn’t even cut it. Our story is way too long for me to take the time to type it out but trust me, as someone who has worked in the cleaning business...absolutely look elsewhere for a proper owner and cleaning outcome.

We will have company coming in at the end of the month so I made a call to Molly Maid near me. They were great. The rooms were nice and clean, the bathrooms were sparkling, plus they were friendly. I was very happy with the results. I will probably have them come back twice a year, or if I have company come in again.

Completely thrilled with Molly Maid’s cleaning service. They pay attention to detail and my house is cleaned to my satisfaction. I have had several teams who clean. They are polite and dedicated to doing their best. They really take pride in their job. Little extras like towels elegantly folded are always a plus. I have three large dogs who make a big fuss when they arrive. This is never an issue. They always send pet friendly staff members.

We have had other companies clean our home, and over time the level of thoroughness decreased. Molly Maid has consistently done a great job, leaving our home sparkling. Michele and Cathy are professional, friendly, efficient and thorough. We appreciate their service!

I had a great experience with Molly Maid! I called on a Monday and was able to get John, the franchise owner, out to my house later that day for a free estimate. John was super friendly and helpful and was able to squeeze my initial house cleaning into a busy week as a surprise for my husband!! I had team Cathy and Dayana, and they truly did an exceptional job – baseboards, blinds, ceiling fan dust, all of the things I never seem to get around to! Cathy and Dayana were efficient, professional, and friendly, and they easily accommodated me working from home during the cleaning. The initial clean took just 3.5 hours, even less than the 4-5 hours I was quoted, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much for a job well done, Cathy and Dayana!! You are rockstars!

Candace is very easy to deal with and make changes to a schedule. The ladies I have are the regulars and I can ask them to do something different and they are willing. I don't ask for something that I am not paying for.

The Molly Maids team, Rosa, Dianha and Michelle cleaned my house today and they did an excellent job! I had been out of town and there was alot of "stuff" sitting around, but they cleaned everthing, I asked them too and did a great job. I will definitely use their service again. The ladies were very professional, polite, and very good at their job. Thank you, I truly appreciate you.
