We have been so fortunate to find Kyle and Mason Dixon Heating and Air! He has been tending to our HVAC needs for over two years and has never let us down. We've replaced two furnaces and our AC units over this time and have leveraged him for routine service as well. Kyle has always provided us with honest upfront pricing and service and has never let us down. We highly recommend him if you are looking for HVAC service!

We used Mason Dixon Services to replace our existing HVAC system (Propane) with a dual fuel system (Propane/Heat pump). The owner of the company (Kyle) came out to give us an estimate and to go over what would be involved. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. On the day of install the owner and his team of professionals arrived and did a spectacular job. When done the install he spent time explaining everything, configuring the new thermostat and answering more of our questions.

It can be hard finding a company you can rely on, to not only be there on time, but also do a professional job in a timely manner. With Mason Dixon Services we found that company. And they will be our go to company with everything HVAC and Electrical for now on.
