Were able to book same day the week before Christmas. Very responsive and polite. The cleaners did a fantastic job, very thorough and they were also very nice and professional.

The ladies who came to clean our house were very nice and customer service was good; however, we scheduled for a “deep cleaning” as some roommates were moving out and were disappointed that the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. For example, the ceiling fans were not dusted and the bathrooms looked as if they were just wiped down but not scrubbed; additionally, the shower walls seemed to not be cleaned well. For light cleanings, this is a great service, but I would not recommend for deep cleaning or to clean after moving in/out of a house or apartment.

The service I received was very professional and quick. Nothing was out of place!! I am ready to move my things back in thanks to this business<3

Exceptional service from start to finish. My father is older and doesn’t have the energy to clean the house as much as he’d like so there was a lot of work that needed to be done. Hands down the best cleaning I have seen from anyone. I didn’t feel anything was rushed or looked over as I have with some other cleaning services. I will be scheduling again soon. We just moved to McLean and closed on our house today. As we were doing our walk through of the empty house we saw lots of dead bugs and the floors were dirty. We wanted a quick sweep, mop and clean up of bathrooms. I called and asked for same day services and they were able to help and quickly! SO AWESOME!!!! Plus each person I interacted with was professional and very kind. Thankful to have found a cleaning service so quickly upon arrival- we will definitely use again!

Called for a same day deep cleaning. Although, it had to get pushed to the next day Dianna was amazing! She was friendly, professional, kind and thorough. She did a wonderful job and my house looks and smells amazing. Definitely considering using them monthly! Thank you Mary Poppins!

I’ve been using Marry Poppins service for 4 months, biweekly, at the beginning the service was good. Destiny did a good job cleaning.

However the service quickly went downhill. We were giving estimates arrival periods for cleaning between 10-12 or 1 to 3pm however they would always show late…more than an hour late or cancel at last minute. This occurred more than 3 times. I value and respect peoples time and I expect the same from others to me.

They gave us a quote using the sqft in Zillow and then kept trying to up charge. First for the basement, then for dogs, and now for our for our smaller living space that leads to the outdoors (which was always included until they tried to bring up the costs because that floor takes “more time” to clean).

Today, we’ve tried calling and texting for updates, but now we’re not getting any responses or call backs. We’re not working with them again.

Because of this I can’t and will not recommend Marry Poppins cleaning to anyone.

Excellent job! I requested a deep cleaning at my new townhome that I’m renting, because the previous renters/owner didn’t have it cleaned properly. The team that came in to clean did an amazing job! I inspected everything from top to bottom and I can tell that they did a thorough job. The windowsills were clean and any spider webs that were there were also gone. And the team worked quickly! They got done much faster than I thought they would have. I am extremely pleased and will use their services again. Thank you so much! I feel so much more comfortable moving in this weekend.

I must say that the service and professionalism I received from Marry Poppins Cleaning service was absolutely amazing! The staff arrived on time and from the moment they walked in, they were extremely professional! Not only did they thoroughly clean all areas, they also organized things, which they asked permission before doing so. I must say they cleaned my home much better than I ever have! Lastly, I have 3 dogs and when I say their room was spotless…..that’s an understatement.

After hiring another cleaning service who failed to clean for our move out inspection, I frantically called every cleaning service in the DMV area- the day of the inspection.

Marry Poppins cleaning answered right away, was very understanding toward our situation and sent someone within 2 hours to do a whole move out clean (without even seeing the house). Still very reasonably priced!

Fast forward to 3 weeks after the clean, the MP manager remembered my situation and provided me with extra documentation to help with the original cleaners trying to collect payment.

MP has been very responsive, great at communicating, and has fantastic customer service. In a time where it seems like you cannot trust anyone, you can trust Marry Poppins!
