Restoration Plumbing and Gas (RPG) has consistently provided us with excellent service. When our UV filter's glass sleeve broke, leaving us without water, Darwin from RPG arrived within an hour and installed a temporary bypass, ensuring we had water while we waited for the replacement part. He also proactively identified and repaired a gas leak we were unaware of, demonstrating his thoroughness and expertise.

Beyond the immediate issue, we consulted with Darwin about a larger project: rearranging our water filtration system to accommodate a new water softener and a spin-down filter (due to sediment from our new well). We also discussed the age and accessibility of our water heater. RPG listened carefully to our needs and how we envisioned the system functioning. Ultimately, we decided to have them replace the water heater, relocate gas lines, reconfigure our sediment filters (including installing the new spin-down filter), create a bypass for the UV filter, install backwash drains, and replace existing PVC piping with PEX.

RPG's work on this extensive project was phenomenal. They were attentive to our requirements and clearly understood our goals. We supplied the water heater and filters, and they provided all other necessary materials. The final price for their labor was fair and reasonable.

RPG is trustworthy, reliable, and they meticulously clean up after themselves. We have been consistently impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. We wholeheartedly recommend Restoration Plumbing and Gas to our friends and neighbors and will continue to use them for all our plumbing and gas needs.

Trustworthy, professional, and timely is how I would describe RPG. Darwin came out to my property after an old kitchen pipe crumbled inside the crawl space. Darwin was able to dig out the old metal pipe to replace it with pvc pipe. He also pump out all of the waste water from our kitchen sink that had been collecting for weeks in the crawl space and had created a foul smell inside our house. More importantly, his service charge was very reasonable. He also diagnosed the issue using a pipe inspection camera and was able to unclog the rest of the old metal pipe using hydro-jetting. Overall, we will hire Darwin from RPG for all of our plumbing jobs in the future.
