The estimate appointment became much more. He also gave me a lot of great ideas on how to tackle other projects. I knew that this was his passion and he's very talented at it. Friendly, professional, and locally owned by a family. I chose a service with five stars because it was more accessible and less expensive than big name services where I would have been just another number in their daily quota. (This really does happen). As a former military member, I was looking for a good deal and a quick service. They were my first pick after receiving quotes and doing research. The technician let me know ahead of time that they would be there early, if it was convenient. They were out and about with the parts replaced and my problem was solved quickly. We thank Central for the excellent service. This company is highly recommended and you should have their phone number on hand.

I contacted Jimmy on a Saturday afternoon looking for an emergency plumber for a pipe that broke and I had to shut down the entire house for the water. He was super helpful and professional and provided me with an estimated price and time. He was able to come the very next day at 7:00am and fix the issue. So thankful for his help and great job.

Jimmy returned my call in a very timely manner and was able to complete my quote over text messages which I very much appreciated. Even though it was the New Year's holiday weekend, he showed up on Sunday for the 7:00 am job. The leak was more involved than originally anticipated but his revised pricing was still reasonable, he had all the parts needed, and he did great work. We're new in this house and we definitely have his number saved for the future.
