Reviews of local pros in Frederick, Maryland

We are very pleased with the tree removal services from A1 Tree Pros. A difficult job with large tree branches hanging over the neighbor's property and our split rail fence. The tree was removed, along with a second tree without incident and we were particularly happy that a number of small and nearby Beech trees were spared. Jerimiah provided great customer service and the removal crew, led by Isreal, were exceptional. I also feel that the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend A1 to others.

I recently hired A1 Tree Pros to remove a tree from my backyard and had an excellent experience. The team was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. They provided a fair, cost-effective quote and completed the job efficiently without any issues.

The crew did quality work and left my property clean afterward. I appreciated their straightforward communication and reliable service. Would definitely recommend A1 Tree Pros to anyone needing tree removal services.

As a repeat, customer A1 tree services continue to deliver. Not only are they responsive and professional. They offer top quality for a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend recommended will use them for all future work.

Wow!!! What a top notch experience I had with A1 Tree Pros! They are just that, Pros. From the first phone call to the strategic take down of an old rotten oak tree the process was flawless. We will be calling them back for any tree care or service we need in the future. Their honest assessment of our forest area did not go unnoticed.

Thank you A1 Tree Pros!

We have a tall Oak tree that needed thinning, and the removal of a few dead branches. The tree was far too tall for us to do this work. Based on the work done for other family members, we decided to give “A1 Tree PROS” a call. Jeremiah, from A1, visited and listened to our goals and offered his recommendations. His crew then came out and undertook the work. The crew was very polite and accommodating – welcoming our thoughts. They demonstrated a high degree of competency in shaping the tree and they were careful to avoid dropping branches on the fence, and home. The result is a beautiful tree that looks much healthier and open-- A1 did amazing work that far exceeded what we envisioned.

Jeremiah' s tree crew cut down multiple trees that were too close to the house, some half dead. They did a very professional job and left us with a nice clean area. We're very pleased and will use A1 Tree Pros again when we need more trees removed.

I called A1 tree Pros of Frederick and I got a quick response. Jeremiah came over within 2 hrs , listened to my concerns , assessed and gave me an estimate. Eventually his crew came in a couple of days and did the pruning, tree removals and stumping. They cleaned up with no mess left behind. I was pleased with the excellent customer service and the price that was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company .

We requested that 2 mature dying trees (birch and pine) be taken out of our yard.

A1 Tree Pros did an all around fantastic job from start to finish. They were quick to respond to an estimate request, scheduling work, and taking down the two trees. Their estimate came in lower than other tree removal companies, and their sawyers were professional, highly skilled, and quick! Next time I need a tree taken out, I will definitely give A1 Tree Pros a call.

Jeremiah is great to work with. Quick and timely response. Trimmed and manicured things in my yard and cleaned up. He sends you photos of the work as they go. Highly recommend.

These guys worked their tails off. Estimate was significantly cheaper than several other estimates, and I got more for my money on top of it. Jeremiah was professional, great at communication with fast responses to my questions, and was even able to come on the day I needed him to. The crew stayed later than planned after running into some root-bound boulders, but overcame. Jeremiah and his team are rockstars. I'm giving them all my business moving forward, including their next job on my new rental units in Hancock. Thank you Jeremiah y gracias Los Aztecas! So glad I called A-1.

These guys are great!!! Jeremiah was fantastic to work with and even texted updates while his crew was working. The company was really good at communicating during scheduling my job and was willing to work with me. I had two Pin oaks trimmed and they look really good. I don’t think you can find a friendlier company to work with and at a great price$$. I would highly recommend them !! Oh, and they did a great job cleaning up the debris before they left.

I hired A1 Tree Pros for a tree planting and mulch bed project in my backyard (lots of trees!). I very quickly learned why this company has over 100+ 5 star reviews. Jeremiah was extremely professional, knowledgeable, communicative and courteous from the start. He went out of his way to have multiple meetings with me to go over my vision and how we can bring it to life. I always felt like I was in good hands and that I was going to get exactly what I wanted for the best price possible - which I did. His entire crew is outstanding! They were on time the days of installation, very respectful, and extremely hard working. They made sure everything they did was to my standards and then some - their attention to detail was very much appreciated. I haven't encountered a harder working crew before. I 100% recommend A1 Tree Pros if you want an honest, detail oriented, highly professional company to do your project. I would absolutely hire them again. Huge thank you to Jeremiah and his crew for bringing my vision to life - I couldn't be happier with the entire process and the outcome!

A1 Tree Pros arrived in 24 hours and finished the job that had beat us for months. They were so efficient I never even knew they had come and gone until the next day. And somehow they brought their equipment in and out with no damage to the yard.

I have worked with A1 Tree Pros multiple times and have had wonderful experiences each time. They are professional, friendly, and dedicated to preserving the health and beauty of the plants, trees, and earth. They listen carefully and offer gentle and thoughtful advice, ensuring that the end product is the best it can be. They helped me save a heavily infested Crape Myrtle and provided advice about other plants in our yard. We just bought a new house and needed to refresh the landscaping, and I knew exactly who to call! I appreciate their conservative approach to ensure the least amount of harm or damage to the surrounding landscape. It’s obvious that they truly love what they do.

Jeremiah and his crew at A1 Tree Pros did an amazing job with our HOA tree project. From start to finish, communication was great, the crew was friendly and professional, and the results look fantastic. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their work and treats customers so well. Highly recommend!

Jeremiah and his A1 Tree team did an exceptional job trimming/pruning around my house. All the trimming made a whirlwind of a difference and Jeremiah was able to do it at an awesome price. He also was able to help trim the trees on my neighbors side on the spot! His team was passionate and proud about their work as they should be. I would absolutely recommend A1 tree pros to anyone looking for tree services! Compete game changer!!

I am so thankful to A1 Tree Pros!!
A tree fell om truck and they came out within the hour to take care of it. Even after working a long day taking care of storm damage in the area from the day before. They were very professional, fast and friendly. They even cleared all the dust and debris off my truck when they finished cutting and removing the tree.
They cleaned everything up. This was my first experience dealing with this kind of situation and they made it so easy and stress free. I highly recommend them for any tree services needed.
Thank A1 Tree Pros!!

Jeremiah and team did a wonderful job clearing a view for our home in Braddock Heights. Prompt, kind, and safe service as well as addressed all my follow up needs and concerns. Will use again for all tree work.

Jeremiah's team is great! We needed an emergency tree removal on very short notice, and the team was able to get to us and take care of things right away. The service was really professional, quick, and easy. The pricing also seemed reasonable and fair. We were really impressed with their work and plan on using A1 Tree Pros for our tree needs in the future.

We had a large Norway maple removed from the front yard. The team I worked with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I felt the price was very fair, especially considering they removed the stump. They were able to schedule our tree removal quickly because it was a safety issue. The whole process was quick and painless for me. They were very efficient and did a great job with cleaning up after their work. I am extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend using their service to anyone.
