We use Dexterous Appliance Repair for all of our appliance repairs. Over the years they have serviced our washer, dryer, refrigerator and now our dishwasher. The service personnel know how to service all of our appliances and are competent, polite and friendly. The charges are reasonable, too! The repairman was able to come out within hours of my call. I highly recommend this company!

Shamsi is excellent at his job. He has identified and repaired issues in our home for the past five years and is prompt, professional, and a solutions oriented with his repair work. He has repaired our oven, dryer. and our washer with fair pricing. I highly recommend Dexterous Repair.

Have used Dexterous several times in the past few months. They were prompt on returning a call & email. Arrived same day for an ice maker issue and then fixed a dish washer control board and broken part of which several items needed to be ordered. Kept us in the loop and when parts arrived items fixed same day.

Njarita came out and diagnosed and fixed our leaking Bosch dishwasher. Scheduling an appointment was super easy, he was quick and thorough and prices were very fair. Super happy to have found Dexterous Appliance Repair and will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!

My upper Jenn-Air double oven wasn’t heating properly and couldn’t reach the desired temperature. I called Shamsi to inspect it. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided the part number. Since the part was discontinued, I was able to find a used one, and Shamsi installed it.

The oven now works perfectly!

Shamsi clearly knows what he’s doing—he’s skilled, professional, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of appliance repair.

We moved into our house 2 years ago and the ice maker never worked well, and one of the shelves was broken in the fridge.

We called Dexterous Appliance Repair and they came out, diagnosed the problem, and then said they would return when the parts came in.

That was last Thursday.. Today is Monday, only 2 business days later and I got a call saying the pets were in and was I home to have them installed today. I was, they did, and I’ve been listening to my Icemaker dump ice for the last 6 hours or so!

Shamsi was great! He did all the work quickly and so far everything is working great. He told me to give a call if we have any problems, but I think we’re good.

Oven wasn’t heating properly. Went online and found Dexterous, who had excellent ratings and offered a military discount. Scheduled next day appointment. Technician contacted me asking for details. Arrived for appointment right on time. Diagnosed problem within a few minutes. Had to get a part so we agreed he would come back later same day. Again, right on time. Replaced faulty part within minutes. Returned everything to original state. Tested oven, which performed to our satisfaction. Asked how I wanted to pay, etc. Friendly, courteous, easy to talk with. All around outstanding experience. I will do business with Dexterous again and recommend them highly!

After my dryer warranty ended in March, it broke the following month. The warranty company recommended their service provider, but from the start, the experience was frustrating, communication was poor, and they had unnecessary requirements—like asking me to disassemble my stackable washer and dryer setup before the technician even arrived. It just didn’t make sense.

So I decided to find a company on my own, and I’m so glad I did. From the beginning, communication was excellent. I sent them my address, and they arrived right on time as scheduled. There were no diagnostic or hidden fees. The technician came out, performed the diagnostic, explained exactly what was wrong, gave us the upfront repair cost, and completed the job on the spot.

Excellent experience! My dishwasher was not fully draining. Dextrous was able to have someone here the next morning. The tech., Njarita, was friendly and professional. He explained the issue and how he planned to address it. Work was completed quickly. Booked a next day appointment through their site and got text confirmation instantly.
