The guy came and evaluated my oven . He gave me advice that was best for me in regards to my defected oven and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me well. Definitely use this company

I had freezer lights out on a only 6+ year old Whirlpool. I had replaced the top freezer light to no avail, but didn't want to order and replace the freezer side light if it wasn't a light problem (perhaps wiring). Then the icemaker stopped working. Shamsi fixed the icemaker, and confirmed that the side freezer light was the first in the series, so replacing that would turn on both the top and side freezer lights. He provided the part number, as I wanted to order and replace it myself. Thanks to Dexterous, I once again have a fully functional refrigerator/freezer/icemaker for a very reasonable repair cost.

The tech kept me informed of his progress to my house both for the diagnostic appointment and the repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to order the parts. When the parts came in we were able to schedule an appointment the next day to install. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I will definitely use them again. Got next day service. Plenty of convenient appointment windows from which to choose. Technician kept in touch with me by text to let me know he was on his way. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem in about five minutes. Highly recommended.

When my dishwasher wasn't working I called Dextrous appliance repair. The technician arrived on time, was very pleasant and tidy. He initially gave me a quote for what it would cost to repair. However, after getting in there and cleaning out the system, he told me he didn't need to replace any parts and it cost much less than he quoted. This is a company that you can trust and I will definitely call them again for any appliance needs.

Great experience with this company. Prompt response and quick diagnosis. The technician, Shamsi, was thorough and skilled at his work (very few companies repair microwaves). The biggest issue was getting the microwave off the wall and reinstalling it—and Shamsi did that too (unassisted). Hope I don’t need a repair in the future, but I’ll contact Dexterous if I do.

Dexterous Appliance Repair serviced my Bosch dishwasher in Laurel Md. They were very courteous and prompt about scheduling and notifying me when the service technician would be present.

The service technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and discovered the cause of the problem quickly. The problem was a clogged aerator which took 30 seconds to clear. The technician spent time supposedly checking other things (which should have come under diagnostics).

I had to pay $119 diagnostic charge plus another $100 for the 30 second fix.

Our GE profile electric stove had some clicking after me over cleaning it which i’ve had happened before, and I attempted to dry it out without resolution. So I called them and they were able to come the very next morning. The tech, Shamsi, Was very professional and efficient and stated that the issue was a short in the electrical system, but that I could still use the gas stove and showed me how to use it safely without Plugging it in. He also recommended replacing The stove top knobs as they were very loose. The price was reasonable as well. Will use again.
